Romantic, classic, and timeless — these were the guiding words behind Leticia and Allan’s unforgettable wedding in the heart of Tuscany. The celebration took place at Villa Mangiacane, a breathtaking estate designed by Michelangelo over 500 years ago. With the rolling Tuscan hills as a backdrop and the golden Italian light pouring in, their vision came to life effortlessly. Inspired by the natural elegance of the countryside, they chose a refined palette of cream, white, and blush florals, paired with soft candlelight and thoughtful details that celebrated both intimacy and romance.

[field title=”Proposal Story”]In the summer of 2023, Allan proposed to Leticia during a serene horseback ride through the mountains of Montana. As they rode along a quiet trail at Lone Mountain Ranch, surrounded by pine trees and sweeping views, Allan paused, got down on one knee, and asked her to spend forever with him. Without hesitation, Leticia said yes. That night, as if the universe were celebrating alongside them, the sky lit up with the Perseid meteor shower — a dazzling display that made the moment feel written in the stars.[/field]

[field title=”Wedding Gown”]
Leticia wore a dramatic Pnina Tornai ball gown with a statement bow — a bold and elegant choice that wowed guests and, most importantly, her groom. “Everyone loved my dress,” she laughs. “Including my fiancé, who had to carry the heavy gown all the way from New York to Tuscany!” Allan agreed it was all worth it the moment he saw her. The gown’s dramatic flair made their first dance feel like a scene from a movie, twirling across the floor under the open sky. During dinner, Leticia changed into a sleek halter gown by Galia Lahav—an effortlessly chic silhouette that allowed her to move, dance, and celebrate the night in comfort and style. The satin fabric glowed softly under candlelight, and the open back and sculpted fit added a modern edge to her bridal look. It was the perfect contrast to the dramatic ball gown she wore earlier, showing off a second side of her bridal personality: relaxed, radiant, and ready to party.

[field title=”Food & Drink”]
The evening began with a beautiful cocktail hour featuring signature his-and-hers drinks: a spicy margarita for the bride and a gin basil gimlet for the groom. Guests sipped and mingled as the sun dipped behind the Tuscan hills, setting the tone for an evening filled with joy, elegance, and unforgettable flavor. Galateo Catering brought the culinary vision to life with a menu that was as refined as it was delicious. A curated selection of ten hors d’oeuvres was passed around, each a small masterpiece. Guests delighted in brioches with rosemary paté, smoked salmon blinis, warm bignet mignon with truffle and cheese, and mini quiches with Greek feta, olives, and rosemary. Delicate tartlets of veal tonné with Pantelleria capers and quail egg foam with truffle caviar offered rich, savory notes, while crispy fried sage leaves and zucchini flowers added a touch of golden crunch. Rounding out the bites were spicy veal meatballs and mini ravioli stuffed with burrata and pesto—a perfect blend of Tuscan tradition and refined indulgence. For dinner, guests started with a vibrant seabass and salmon ceviche with grapefruit and vegetables, while the vegetarian option featured a delicate tomato water with a burrata quenelle. The second course was a standout: fresh paccheri pasta with saffron cream, confit Pachino tomatoes, and asparagus tips — the perfect summer dish, light yet full of flavor. For the main course, guests chose between tender veal fillet or seabass with seasonal vegetables, while vegetarians were served a comforting and elevated eggplant parmigiana. The meal was complemented by two exceptional wines from the Antinori family estates: the Conte della Vipera 2023 from Castello della Sala in Umbria IGT, and the Botrosecco 2022 from Le Mortelle Estate in Maremma Toscana DOC — selections that perfectly captured the spirit and sophistication of the evening.

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]The floral and décor design was a true extension of the romantic, timeless feel of the day. Cream, white, and soft blush roses spilled generously along the aisle, while lush greenery framed the entrance to Villa Mangiacane, drawing all eyes to the historic façade where the ceremony took place.
Oversized arrangements in classic urns added elegance, while crystal chandeliers floated above the long reception tables, casting a warm glow as the sun set over the Tuscan hills. Tables were dressed in crisp white linens with soft sage-green napkins, gold-rimmed glassware, and delicate floral runners, creating a setting that felt both regal and intimate.
Every detail — from the candlelit dinner to the antique-inspired lounge vignettes — reflected a deep sense of romance, sophistication, and effortless Italian charm.[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]
The evening concluded with a live millefeuille wedding cake presentation — a showstopping moment that combined tradition, theater, and sweetness in one.

[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The entertainment flowed beautifully throughout the day, setting the perfect tone for each part of the celebration. A string quartet played during the ceremony, filling the courtyard with emotion as Leticia walked down the aisle to Hallelujah. They continued into cocktail hour with a mix of classical and contemporary favorites, including a moving rendition of Yellow by Coldplay. As the sun began to set, the incredibly talented Assya Live Band brought the dinner to life with a dynamic setlist featuring hits from ABBA, Queen, and other timeless crowd-pleasers. After dinner, guests were invited into the villa’s wine cellar, where the DJ took over and kept the dance floor full well into the night.[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]
“It’s hard to choose just one favorite moment,” Leticia reflects, “the day was filled with so many unforgettable memories.” But standing under the chuppah, surrounded by loved ones and the sound of birds chirping in the Tuscan air, felt sacred and surreal.

[field title=”Special Detail #2″]
The ceremony brought not only beauty but also lighthearted, symbolic moments. During the traditional circling, Leticia kept stepping on her veil, and Allan’s tallit kept falling off — they had to help each other out mid-circle, laughing through the chaos. Their rabbi smiled and said, “The tallit is made for two people — it’s not stable when you’re apart.” It was the perfect metaphor: marriage is about supporting one another, even in the smallest, silliest moments.

[field title=”Special Detail #3″]
One of the absolute highlights of the night was our first dance — a choreographed performance to Can’t Take My Eyes Off You. We had practiced for nearly a year, and when the moment finally arrived, everything fell into place perfectly. Everyone loved it, and we were bursting with happiness (and a little relief!) as we nailed every step. It was the perfect mix of fun, flair, and emotion — a moment we’ll never forget.
