Creamy whites, fresh greens, and soft golds set a refined foundation for the celebration. The palette was chosen to complement the surrounding landscape and allow the setting itself to take the lead.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]
The vision was an elegant garden celebration shaped by Karson’s love of timeless Italian architecture and a soft, candlelit atmosphere, brought to life through the thoughtful planning and coordination of Carena Trampe and Paola Franssen. The couple wanted the wedding to feel like a shared experience rather than a single evening, inviting guests to gather, linger, and connect. Set among Villa Cimbrone’s historic stone archways and tucked-away gardens overlooking the Amalfi Coast, the celebration felt intimate, warm, and deeply considered.

[field title=”Proposal Story”]
Joshua planned a proposal inspired by the couple’s shared love of reading and writing, beginning with a simple afternoon that quickly unfolded into something layered and personal. Karson followed a series of poems through meaningful places around Nashville, each paired with a book and a familiar face from their story. The final stop brought her back to her former downtown apartment, where Joshua proposed privately before celebrating with family and friends.

[field title=”Wedding Gown”]The bride wore the Huntleigh gown by Jane Hill, a modern silhouette defined by clean lines and thoughtful detail. A sweetheart neckline, signature under-bust detailing, and fluid draping created a polished foundation, while a detachable train allowed the look to evolve from ceremony to reception. Hair and makeup by Alessandro Mancino complemented the ensemble with a refined, understated approach, while her sister’s veil added a sentimental layer to an otherwise streamlined design.[/field]
[field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]
The bridesmaids wore rich brown dresses that added depth and warmth to the overall look. Variations in silhouette gave each style its own presence while still feeling considered. The tonal choice grounded the palette and complemented the garden setting.

[field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The groomsmen wore classic black tuxedos styled with crisp white shirts and black bow ties. The timeless look provided a clean contrast to the surrounding greenery and architectural backdrop.
The groom wore a custom tuxedo from Hive & Colony, finished with a black bow tie for a polished, traditional look. The tailoring felt timeless and understated, complementing the formality of the setting without feeling rigid.[/field]

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]An asymmetrical floral installation by Malafronte framed the ceremony arch with soft whites, creams, and greenery that felt full yet light within the garden setting. Low arrangements lined the aisle, echoing the surrounding landscape. At the reception, greenery and white blooms moved through the stone arches, creating a candlelit environment, with handwritten notes at each place setting adding a personal touch.[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]
Cimbrone curated a dessert station rooted in Italian tradition, offering a thoughtful selection of classic sweets served throughout the evening. Guests enjoyed fruit and chocolate tartlets, lemon cake, millefoglie, cannoli, sfogliatella, and delicate pastries layered with mousse and chantilly cream.

The reception featured DJ Eddie Warner with sound by Wedding Music, with the newlyweds sharing their first dance to “Everything” by Michael Bublé and exiting the ceremony earlier to “Burning Love” by Elvis Presley.[/field]

Surprise Moment! Later in the evening, DJ Eddie invited the newlyweds to the DJ stand as “Rocky Top” by the Osborne Brothers began to play. Dressed in white and black cowboy hats, the couple shared an improvised dance that quickly became one of the most joyful moments of the night.

[field title=”Special Detail #2″]Choosing Italy reflected the natural rhythm of their relationship, where big ideas are met with steady intention. What began as a bold plan became an invitation for loved ones to gather and experience the beauty, culture, and pace that have long inspired the couple. Saying yes in Italy felt less like a destination choice and more like a continuation of the life they are building together.[/field]
