It’s pretty much a given that the editors at SMP are going to love anything that Sweet Monday Photography sends our way. They are just really good photographers that always score the coolest of cool weddings. And this yellow and gray number is definitely a Sweet Monday keeper. It’s whimsical and yet still really elegant. It’s charming and yet totally timeless. And don’t even get me started on those adorable cake toppers, the gorgeous flowers and the perfect color palette. We’ve included a lot here but if you’re dying for more…and trust us, there is a lot more yumminess…click right here!

From Sweet Monday…
Sherry and Jed were married at the Laguna Cliffs resort in Dana Point, CA on July 3, 2010. These two have such a romantic proposal story: Jed was working in China and not expected to return to Los Angeles in time for their anniversary. But he arranged with some of Sherry’s friends to bring her to a bar in Manhattan Beach and play an anniversary video he’d made for her. At the end of the video, Jed declared that he had to finish what he wanted to say in person, and Sherry should meet him on the Manhattan Beach pier right away! So she went running down there (crying all the while because she knew what was coming by this point) to find Jed waiting with a ring. So sweet!
Sherry wanted a very romantic and modern vibe for her wedding day, and we loved her gray and yellow color palette. Lindsy Hines coordinated the day flawlessly, and the florals by Kim Sanders were perfection! They also brought in the wonderful Sparklebooth to spice up their reception with a great photo booth – The guests loved it.
