Love Shoot by Amorology Weddings and Jill Thomas
We gave you a little sneaky peek of this shoot in last week’s wrap up, but I am thrilled to bring you the entire shebang of awesomeness that Amorology Weddings and Jill Thomas put together for us. It’s not so much a wedding as it is a photo shoot of all things gorgeous, celebrating the third anniversary of three different couples. But, since it is literally overflowing with steal-worthy details and ideas, along with a color palette that just makes me happy and fashion that makes me jealous, I figured you guys would really want to see it.

The Setting: A fun first anniversary party set in orange groves in north county San Diego, California
The theme: We wanted to create a nostalgic feeling, that was reminiscent of each couple’s wedding day. We also wanted to share ways to honor traditions and to remember the moments that began their lives together. We imagined our couples beginning a new tradition on their first anniversary and gathering friends together to celebrate. Using the vintage record player, each couple danced to the first song they danced to on their wedding day. We also had each of the couples each re-created photos that reminded them of their actual wedding day.

In the middle of designing my September wedding-- my mom and I have been planning on using handkerchiefs on clothesline for decoration... but we were unsure about how it would look.
