This wedding gives me butterflies. And, for a girl who looks at weddings day in and day out, that says a lot. There is something so blissfully romantic, so Style Me Pretty, about this wedding. Designed by the insanely talented Ariel Yve, it’s a lesson in all things beautiful…and I am loving every bit of it.

From Ariel…
We had the uber talented Camille Panzarello from Modern Day Design, create three distinctly different centerpieces for the 18 guest tables, using, hydrangeas, peonies, garden roses, viburnum and tulips…all arranged in a variety of truly “vintage” silver and crystal containers.
The linens were a gorgeous tone on tone chenille embroidered taffeta called “Peony,” rented from La Tavola.
The couple performed their first dance to “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” performed by a special ukulele player named Marvin Tevaga, whom the couple flew in from Hawaii…just for their special day.

these photos are so great.
where are the bridesmaids dresses from? i LOVE them!!
Peony is definitely my favorite flower! Only if I could ship them to my wedding location!
Where did they find those chandeliers? I've been looking for some to hang from the trees at my venue!
Really lovely.
Abby! This is so fun to see Sarah's wedding on here, I'm pinching myself. I know Sarah & Chase put so much of themselves & their hearts into the day & I just felt lucky to be able to capture it. Fabulous posts so far! Can't wait to see the rest : )
I love your dress, its so elegant. What design is it?
perfection.
Thank you all for the sweet comments! I had such a great time planning my wedding and it was a joy to work with Ariel, Raya, Camille and all of my other vendors. My dress was a design called Dora by Melissa Sweet and the bridesmaid dresses were by Melissa Sweet as well. The beautiful chandeliers came from Bella Vista Designs in Santa Barbara, they did all the lighting inside and out and really transformed the reception space.
Abby, thank you for doing such a beautiful job of featuring Sarah and Chase's wedding! I can't wait to see more!
Now here are a few answers for our readers:
Answer for Nicole Michaelson: The bridesmaid's dresses are Melissa Sweet STYLE MS101.
Answer for TH: If you're getting married in the US, you can have a box of fresh peonies shipped right to your location through www.fiftyflowers.com, or www.floralambiance.com (They don't list peonies on their site, but if you tell Catalina that Ariel referred you, she'll make it happen for you).
Answer for Kristina: The chandeliers that were used for this wedding were owned by the lighting company (Bella Vista Designs). With that said, you can purchase the EXACT same chandeliers at a reasonable price from, www.GreatChandeliers.com (Product # A46-384/5). I have one hanging in my dining room : )
this bride has the best "down" wedding hair i've ever seen. lovely!
Just Gorgeous - what colour are the bridesmaids dresses? Such a pretty colour
I love the Chandeliers in the trees - what a fantastic idea.
What color are the bridesmaid dresses? so pretty!
Pip & Johanna,
You can't see the whole bridesmaid dress here but they were ivory on top and grey (called shadow by Melissa Sweet) on the bottom.
BEAUTIFUL!!! This wedding looks so sweet!
Where did you get the button place card holders? LOVE them!
