We have a few updates on our Style Circle that you guys should definitely know about! First, we've added a Flickr upload feature so that you can use your own photos to build out gorgeous inspiration boards. Soon, we'll be adding a tool that allows you to upload directly to the Style Circle, but for now, this was the simplest solution.
Amber Gustafson is the designer behind one of my all time favorite Budget Friendly weddings that we've featured on SMP. She is known for her completely unique, personality driven approach to weddings and this one is no different. It's rustic charm with elements of Eastern influence that celebrate the brides upbringing in a Hindu Community.
If you're just now jumping on to the SMP train...lucky, lucky you! We are completely devouring the most gorgeous wedding that Amber Events sent us, with elements that are a little bit rustic, a little bit Eastern...a lot pretty!

Today's wedding is really unique. It's the rustic chic style that we love and yet it's been infused with Eastern elements that celebrate the bride's Buddhist upbringing. It's a combination that I haven't ever seen and I have to say...it's completely lovely, completely elegant.

Because of Nikki’s design background we were now fortunate enough to have friends that were professional photographers. In fact, there were no less than five in attendance – one being an old friend who, at the age of 72, had been a photographer for 50 years.
There is something so incredibly charming about this wedding. It might be the fact that the couple did everything themselves or the fact that it was held it in the groom's (John) aunt's backyard. Whatever it is, I am completely smitten.
