Lately, I’ve had a tendency to go straight to our LBB photographers’ blogs to share their most current weddings with you. And last night, I realized this may be doing them a bit of a disservice. While it is absolutely imperative to look at the “real weddings” that they are posting right now, it’s equally important to look at their website galleries. When choosing a photographer, be it for your wedding or your family photos, you simply must read the “about me” pages. Every photographer wants you to know what drives them, what their passions are … what their style means to them.
While preparing for today’s feature, I went to check out Heather Fowler’s website. I read something in her bio that I wanted to share with you. It said, “Heather has an eye for detail, light, balance and humor.” And then I looked through the 104 wedding images in her wedding gallery to see for myself! These images, convey all that … and more. Here are a few of my favorites …

And then, for a peek at some of my favorite posts on her blog …
There’s Jackie and Greg’s Downtown Club Wedding in Philadelphia with these killer shoes!

Catherine and Franklin’s Merion Golf Club Wedding … with another beautiful bride and some great bridesmaids dresses …

Laura and Patrick’s fall wedding at Normandy Farm … again LOVE this shot of the bridesmaids (and the color of their dresses) and LOVE Laura’s dress …

You can see more of each of these weddings by clicking on the links above. The slideshows that Heather has compiled are loaded with images that will definitely inspire you! (AND convince you she’s one fantastic lady!!)
As always, Heather, thanks SO much for sharing these beautiful memories with us.
And for any newcomers to Style Me Pretty, if you haven’t seen Heather’s own vintage-style wedding … you have to take a look {here}!

I LOVE the gummy bear picture....so creative. Just when you think you've seen it all!
Heather's own wedding is something I STILL think about! Please, please share the brand of shoe she wore....I've looked all over zappos and can't find it!
I love all of the funny faces!
The last photo in this sequence, the Bride in the purple shawl - GORGEOUS. I love unique looking waddings and out-of-the-ordinary styling!
The puddle shot is genius!

Wow! That is great photography. Keep up the good work.
Oh my gosh, what gorgeous pictures! The expressions are great
Beautiful pictures and processing.
Beautiful pix!
In answer to a couple of questions,
Jackie's shoes are from JCrew (called Jacqueline!).
Catherine's dress is a Carolina Herrera purchased from The Wedding Shoppe in Spread Eagle Village and the bridesmaids dresses with the fun pattern were CK Bradley.
Laura's dresses were purchased at La Bella Moda in Conshohocken, PA.
Third row, first pic: that's me!! :) How exciting! Heather is the most incredible photographer -- choosing her to shoot our wedding was our wedding day was one of the best planning decisions we made!
[...] Well, I’m not the only one who appreciates Heather’s incredible talent. On July 23rd, Heather’s photography was featured on the Little Black Book blog, “a highly edited collection of wedding service providers – from mom and pop boutiques to A-Listers.” The vendors on the blog are “personally recommended by our closest girlfriends, industry insiders and Style Me Pretty readers.” I’m so proud of Heather for being featured on this prestigious blog, and to top it off, one of the photos from our wedding was one of the blog author’s favorite photos! Check out the post (my photo is the third row down, first photo) by clicking here. [...]
I have to ask, why so much sepia and black and white?
