I’m going to dare say that today’s herb-infused festivities have earned a seat in my top ten favorite days on SMP, which may or may not have something to do with my love for food! And there’s no doubt that the talents of Park Road Photography and Alisa Lewis Event Design have stolen my heart. Toss in calligraphy from Kathryn Murray and it’s a done deal. Now, let’s see how this lovely DIY Marinated Goat Cheese favor is made, shall we?

DIY Marinated Goat Cheese Favors

  • goat cheese log
  • olive oil
  • various herbs: parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage and chives
  • sterilized sealable jars
Instructions
  1. Break off pieces of goat cheese log and form into balls
  2. Add balled cheese to a sterilized sealable jar
  3. Pour in olive oil to cover cheese
  4. Add selection of herbs (we used parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage and chives)
  5. Seal jar and refrigerate until chilled, approximately 4 hours
