The Red Setter Inn might just be the most romantic, rustic, hidden gem of a retreat I’ve ever laid my eyes on. It played host for this outdoor-loving cute couple’s “I do’s,” with Andrew Jade Photography capturing every blooming bouquet, every sweet smile and all the stolen kisses in between. See it all in our Vault right this way and get ready to book your tickets before you can say chic teepee!

From the Bride… Adam and I longed to get married somewhere in Arizona to be sure all our loved ones would only have to travel a short distance. We also wanted a venue that spoke to us and portrayed a sense of ‘us’. We love being outdoors and spend the majority of our free time hiking, kayaking, biking and all things nature related and knew we wanted a summertime wedding, but wanted to find somewhere to escape the Arizona summer heat. What we hadn’t known, is that nestled in the white mountains of Arizona, lies a quaint little town by the name of Greer. It took us about 2.5 seconds in Greer to realize this was undoubtedly the most perfect place for us to exchange our vows. We were enamored by the Little Colorado River that ran through the property and the large yet cozy lodge that was housed on the property and would serve as the accommodations for the wedding party. We knew that this little enchanting town of Greer was the place we wanted to visit for the next 60 anniversaries to relive the best night of our lives.

So, the man and the venue had already won my heart, and now I knew I needed to find the perfect vendors to make my visions come to life. We wanted the wedding to be a reflection of us: colorful, a little carefree and a whole lot of fun. We wanted a little bohemian flare with some soft romantic touches. We teamed up with Chelsi Lemons of Two Lemons in Love to take over our styling and florals. We chose bold florals to adorn the tabletops and incorporated greenery such as moss and eucalyptus to keep with the more organic and natural feel. The card box sat atop a vintage bicycle and a teepee served as the perfect backdrop for some of our couple shots. Our guest tables were arranged picnic style to make a horseshoe around the dance floor so nobody felt like they got sat in the corner of the party. The tables were topped with colorful floral arrangements, antlers and mercury glass candles to give off a golden glow. The lodge balconies were draped with cream sheer curtains and lace dream catchers hung from the pine tree branches. Our sweetheart table was an antique farm table complete with hand sewn napkins and vintage goblets, not to mention the most gorgeous arrangement of bold colored peonies with a massive eucalyptus swag to the floor, all thanks to Two Lemons in Love’s styling team.

The details of the wedding were amazing. Because I was such a big part of the styling and planning, to see it all come together like it did, just added to the sheer and utter joy I experienced that day. Adam and I held hands the entire night and danced under the stars with 120 of our most favorite people in all the world. I would relive our wedding night one hundred times over if I could. It was perfection. We are eternally thankful to our photographers, Andrew and EmilyJade from Andrew & Jade Photography for capturing our wedding day perfectly. I truly feel that all of our wedding guests (especially us) had the time of their lives.
