A Springtime Fairytale of Couture Romance at Château Challain

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”The Inspiration”]

As the planner and designer behind this luxury editorial at the iconic Château Challain in the heart of the Loire Valley, Amanda of AMV Weddings envisioned a celebration of springtime romance through a lens of refined opulence and couture beauty. Drawing inspiration from the château’s fairytale architecture and its lush, blooming gardens, she embraced a playful yet sophisticated color palette, pairing vibrant florals with fashion-forward bridal looks by the House of Savin. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to inspire couples dreaming of an enchanting destination celebration in France, where timeless elegance effortlessly meets fresh, modern artistry.

Nestled in the storybook landscape of the Loire Valley, Château Challain is the epitome of French countryside romance. Surrounded by rolling green hills, whispering woodlands, and centuries-old charm, the château feels like stepping into a fairytale. Its grand spires and intricate Gothic architecture rise dramatically from the landscape, offering a breathtaking backdrop for a destination wedding. The ceremony took place on the expansive front lawn, with the château behind and a tranquil private lake just beyond, creating a setting that felt at once regal, secluded, and utterly enchanting. Set on over 300 acres of lush grounds, Château Challain offers a truly immersive experience, with guests able to stay on site within the château itself, making the celebration both intimate and unforgettable.

The bride’s gown was a stunning statement of modern elegance straight from London Bridal Fashion Week and designed by the talented House of Savins. Showcasing remarkable versatility, the collection featured three distinct looks, each tailored perfectly for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. [field title=”Florals & Decor”]The florals were designed to highlight natural movement throughout the day. Pink climbing roses wrapped around the ceremony pagoda, adding height and texture as they trailed upward. The ceremony featured a carefully curated mix of colors, with color blocking lining the aisle for a modern touch. Bees were drawn to the fresh outdoor flowers, quietly bringing life to the setting. At the reception, tall pink centerpieces added lightness, their blooms gently moving with the breeze. The arrangements balanced boldness with organic elements, complementing the timeless elegance of the château.[/field]
[field title=”Favorite Design Element”]

A standout design element was the natural wisteria growing on the turret of the château. The wedding cake was placed in this spot, where the cascading wisteria beautifully framed it and created an elegant, natural backdrop. This setting perfectly highlighted the cake’s intricate, handmade floral details, allowing the artistry to shine against the timeless charm of the castle.

[field title=”DIY Moments”]We embraced the natural beauty of Chateau Challain by letting the landscape inspire our details. The climbing wisteria became a stunning, organic backdrop for our rehearsal dinner portraits and wedding cake display. A Contemporary Celebration Framed by Lake Como for the Co-Founder of Meshki

[section title=”The Planning”]

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

The wedding color palette featured soft whites, warm beiges, gentle neutrals, and natural greens, which together created a cohesive and organic look. These tones felt effortlessly timeless and highlighted the natural beauty of Lake Como’s surroundings. The subtle hues tied everything together, from the florals to the table design, giving the entire day an elegant yet natural atmosphere.

The design embraced a refined, modern romantic aesthetic that perfectly balanced timeless elegance with editorial sophistication. The styling drew inspiration from European influences, combining classic romance with a modern edge. This vision created a celebration that felt both intimate and elevated, capturing the essence of effortless luxury.

[field title=”Proposal Story”]

Anosh surprised me during our first trip to Lake Como with what he said was a planned boat day and dinner; he simply told me to be ready by 4 pm. We spent the afternoon exploring the lake’s most beautiful spots, each stop more magical than the last. As the sun began to set, we arrived at the gardens of Villa Melzi and walked to a secluded gazebo with rose petals scattered across the floor, where he got down on one knee and proposed. To my surprise, he had also organised for our best friends to be there to celebrate with us, and we ended the night with a beautiful dinner at Grand Hotel Tremezzo; it was unforgettable.

A Timeless Celebration at La Casa Toscana Filled with Colorful Black Tie Style

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”][/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

From the bride: My vision for our wedding was timeless and elegant, where you could feel the love Jason and I have for each other. I picked our wedding colors as black and white because I wanted the venue and our family friends to be the focus.

I had a specific look I wanted for the venue, and when I saw La Casa Toscana, I knew it was exactly the look! I asked our friends and family to dress in “colorful black tie” and they did not disappoint! Everyone at our wedding is truly the color of our life, and I thought having white and black decor accents would really let them shine.

[/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]

We met during COVID at a house party right after I moved to a new city and didn’t know anyone. We started talking about the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the rest is history! Jason planned a surprise trip for us to go to Costa Rica. The only things I knew about the trip were when we were going, the country we were going to, and what to pack. He took care of planning activities like horseback riding through the rain forest and a couple’s spa afternoon. On the second night of our trip, we went to dinner on a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We went to look at a family of monkeys near the railing, and he pulled me away. I was confused and thought he wanted to dance with me, but he got on one knee and proposed. I had no idea he was going to do it!

[field title=”Wedding Gown”]

My wedding truly captured my style. As Miss Florida USA and wearing a white gown while competing at Miss USA, I wanted something completely different from what I’ve worn before. I’ve always loved Grace Kelly’s style and wanted my wedding dress to be very traditional with an extremely long train. I knew I wanted to wear a Mila Nova dress, so I went to a bridal salon in Tampa and tried on every Mila Nova dress they had in store. My appointment was close to ending, and they went into the back to pull one last Mila Nova dress they had. I tried it on and immediately knew it was exactly what I wanted. The sleeve top and mantilla veil captured the traditional look I wanted during the ceremony. The second top was a peplum piece, and I felt that it showed off the fun side of my personality. During the reception, I took the peplum piece off and had a see-through bodice. I felt it was modern and the perfect look to finish the evening. I changed immediately into cowboy boots with my new initials branded into the side after the ceremony, so I could dance the entire time and really just have fun.

[/field]
[field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]

I wanted my bridesmaids to feel as confident as possible in what they wore, so I told them to wear whatever dress they wanted as long as it was black, satin, and floor-length. I felt that having them in black also allowed them to stand out from the rest of the guests and gave a classic look.

[field title=”Food & Drink”]

I wanted to make sure every detail of our wedding had some sort of significance to Jason and me. All the food we picked was something that we enjoy cooking and eating together. We decided on fried chicken sandwiches and French fries as our late-night snack because they’re our favorite foods. We decided on signature cocktails that were drinks we regularly make and serve when we host.

[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

Flowers and romance go hand in hand for me, so I wanted as many floral decorations as possible. Our florist did an amazing job selecting the perfect flowers to make my dream a reality. I wanted a ton of white roses since they’re my favorite flower, so our florist hung them from the pergola. It truly felt magical eating dinner under them! Bouquet: My grandmother and mom both carried lilies of the valley on their wedding day. All of my grandparents passed before my wedding, so it was a must-have in my bouquet. I also wanted something small so it wouldn’t overpower my ceremony look. When I saw my bouquet for the first time, I cried (and I’m not a big crier). There were 57 lilies of the valley, and it felt like my grandmother was there with me.

[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]

A simple two-tier white cake with a letter “E” (their new last name is Ervin) – classic and modern!

[/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]

It really was important to me to have my brother as our officiant and have a traditional service. Jason and I wrote our private vows and read them separately before our ceremony, but my brother asked us to write things about our relationship together, then write things about each other separately. He was able to combine the traditional ceremony with what we wrote to really encompass our relationship perfectly. Jason and I wanted to have a lot of fun with the dances with my dad and his mom, so we both decided to do the traditional slower dance, then halfway through, we broke out into songs/dances that were more upbeat and fun. My dad and I did “Crank That by Soulja Boy since he learned that dance with me in middle school, then tried to embarrass me with it in front of my friends. Jason and his mom did “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire so they could swing dance together, then get the crowd involved. We wanted people to dance the entire time, and it was a great way to break the ice and have people dance. Bourbon, my dog, is a huge part of my life, and Jason was the only guy I introduced him to that he liked. Jason and I have a bond that quickly formed after we started dating. It was really important to me to have Bourbon be part of our day, but Bourbon got really sick 2 months before the wedding, and we almost lost him. I didn’t think it’d be good for him to be there at the wedding, so I decided to make giant cutouts of him to have people dance with during the reception. Jason decided to name his signature drink “The Bourbon” to have more of the Bourbon there with us.

[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]

Monogram on bars and aprons, I really tried to keep our decor all the same throughout our wedding. From our save-the-dates to welcome bags to menus on the tables, everything had the same font and monogram. I really wanted to have our monogram on the bars, and when speaking with Karen, our planner, she mentioned adding aprons with our monogram on them for the staff helping with dinner service. As soon as she said it, I knew we had to do it as well. I’m so glad we did because it was so fun to see everyone wearing our initials. It was a small detail that really added a lot to the overall feel and look of the wedding. The staff had a lot of fun wearing them, too!

[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #2″]

I wanted something fun for our seating chart, and since our friends and family love to have a good time, I felt a “take a shot, take a seat” chart would be perfect for them. We had bourbon and tequila mini bottles, and our guests took them with them to their seats.

[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #3″]

Wanted to have a moment where we could show off the photos Jason and I have taken together during engagement shoots and family photos. There was a beautiful walkway from the cocktail space to the reception space, and I thought it’d be perfect to have large photos of us leading the guests to the reception. La Casa Toscana has amazing chandeliers hanging on the big trees in that walkway area, so it felt like an outdoor gallery. We had a violinist playing in the space as guests walked over, and I really felt like it was so romantic and intimate. To me, it was the perfect way to lead to dinner.

Top Wedding Marketing Platforms for Vendors: 2025 Edition

For wedding vendors, growth depends on being where engaged couples are searching, planning, and getting inspired. In 2025, that means leveraging a mix of vendor directories, social media, paid ads, editorial platforms, and CRM tools. Each channel has its own strengths, and the right combination can help you maximize visibility while booking more of your ideal clients.

Below, we’ve rounded up the top wedding marketing platforms for vendors in 2025—and tips on how to choose the right mix for your business.

Vendor Directories

Listing your business in vendor directories is one of the fastest ways to get discovered by couples actively searching for wedding professionals.

Style Me Pretty Vendor Guide: Highly curated, trusted by couples looking for premium wedding vendors. With exposure from Style Me Pretty and editorial features, it’s one of the most effective directories for building authority.

  • The Knot: Huge reach and well-integrated with planning tools.
  • WeddingWire: Strong visibility and large review base.
  • Zola: Modern design and registry tie-ins make it popular with millennial and Gen-Z couples.

Social Media Platforms

Social media isn’t just for inspiration—it’s a direct line to potential clients.

  • Instagram: Still the go-to platform for couples; leverage Reels, Stories, and tagged collaborations with other vendors.
  • TikTok: Behind-the-scenes prep, “day in the life” clips, and tips are resonating strongly with Gen-Z couples.
  • Pinterest: A powerhouse for evergreen discovery—pins from years ago can still drive traffic today.

Paid Search & Display Ads

Sometimes, paying for placement can accelerate growth.

  • Google Ads: Capture couples searching with high-intent queries like “wedding photographer in New York.”
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Still effective for retargeting couples who have already engaged with your brand.
  • Display ads can help build awareness with couples in the research phase.

Content & Editorial Platforms

Appearing in editorial features adds authority and credibility—something directories alone can’t always provide.

  • Style Me Pretty Features: Submitting real weddings or styled shoots can generate traffic, backlinks, and prestige.
  • Brides.com: Large audience and strong SEO visibility.
  • Industry blogs and niche publications (local or cultural wedding sites) can also be valuable for targeted exposure.

Email Marketing & CRM Tools

Once a couple finds you, email and CRM platforms help nurture leads and close the booking.

  • MailerLite: Affordable, easy-to-use email marketing.
  • HubSpot: Great for lead management and automation.
  • HoneyBook: Wedding-industry–specific CRM that combines client communication, contracts, and payments in one platform.

How to Choose the Right Mix of Marketing Platforms

Every vendor’s mix will look different. A photographer might prioritize directories and Instagram, while a planner might lean on content marketing and email campaigns.

Key considerations:

  • Audience fit: Where do your ideal clients spend their time?
  • Budget: Directories and ads require more upfront spend; organic social and SEO take time but less cash.
  • Tracking ROI: Use UTMs, CRM data, and referral traffic (via GA4) to measure what’s working.

FAQ

  1. What’s the best marketing platform for wedding vendors in 2025?
It depends on your goals, but vendor directories like Style Me Pretty’s Vendor Guide are still among the most effective, especially when paired with social media visibility.
  2. Should vendors focus more on directories or social media?
Both matter. Directories help you get found by couples ready to book, while social media helps you build brand personality and trust. The most successful vendors use a mix.
  3. How do I track ROI on wedding marketing platforms?
Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and your CRM to monitor where leads come from and how many convert into paying clients. Add UTM codes to directory and ad links for clearer attribution.

A Refined Celebration Amid European Grandeur at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”][/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

We wanted a wedding which was formal but not stuffy, traditional but memorable! A stateside destination wedding was the perfect fit for us. My (Alyssa) parents spend their winters in Sarasota, and Tim’s (groom) parents spend their winters in Bonita Springs, so we narrowed our search to the Gulf Coast. Luckily, the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art was right under our noses in Sarasota. Its European architecture felt just as special on our wedding day as it did the first time we saw it — there are “wow” factors everywhere you turn. We didn’t want our decor to detract from (or compete with) the museum in any way, so we kept our decor complementary to each space. At our ceremony, for example, the chairs mimicked the rounded shapes and chestnut colors of the Ca’ d’Zan façade, and the florals emphasized light pink and cream tones in the terrace’s tiles. As a result, we did not have “wedding colors”. The “theme” we were always striving for was more of a feeling. Put as simply as I can, we wanted a refined and perfect balance of: simple yet memorable, European yet Florida, formal yet fun, traditional yet updated, Summery yet Spring!

Embracing the beauty of the European Architecture already present, while highlighting its beauty with hints of color.

Signature Drinks: Making a signature cocktail with ingredients already stocked behind the bar typically means that you will not incur additional costs. We chose a Spaghetti made with Miller High Life (the “champagne of beers” and a nod to Tim’s hometown near Milwaukee). It is simple but beautiful when served in an old glass bottle — just beer, a splash of Aperol liqueur, and a splash of lemon juice. It is the perfect cocktail hour drink for Spring and Summer because it is colorful and relatively low ABV, so the party doesn’t get too crazy before the guests get something to eat.

A Heartfelt Celebration Amid the Mountain Views of The Cliffs at Glassy

The wedding colors were soft blues and greens to mirror the venue, a stunning golf community nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

Growing up in Buffalo, NY, Lara and Joe always knew they wanted their wedding to be a celebration that reflected their deep-rooted connection and their love for the Cliffs at Glassy. Despite their hometown ties, the allure of the mountains drew them to upstate South Carolina. For Lara, this location held a special significance—her grandmother’s home, a cherished retreat for family holidays and gatherings. “The Cliffs at Glassy felt like a natural choice for us,” Lara explained. “We’ve spent countless summers and holidays here, and it’s where my own mother exchanged vows years ago. It’s a place that’s woven into the fabric of our lives.” Their wedding day unfolded with grace and elegance, reflecting Lara’s classic style. The ceremony took place at the iconic chapel perched atop Glassy Mountain—a spot that offered sweeping views and a profound sense of familial history. The reception was held at the Cliffs at Glassy Clubhouse, set against the lush backdrop of the golf course.

A Colorful Indian Celebration with Classic New York City Charm

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”]sunset shades of blush, peach, and coral, light blues, and greens[/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

When planning the wedding, the bride knew they wanted a venue that felt distinctly New York—classic, elegant, and full of character. Indian weddings are known for their vibrant colors, so they leaned into a diverse palette with pastel pinks, corals, sage green, and soft blue. One of the bride’s favorite parts of the planning process was designing the stationery. We found an amazing stationer based in Milwaukee—Bay View Printing Co.—who brought together my vision of classic botanicals within the context of an Indian wedding. It felt so personal and unique.

That quiet time together, before the beautiful whirlwind of wedding planning began, became one of the couple’s most treasured memories.[/field]

The bride knew from the start that she wanted a column silhouette—something effortlessly elegant that would still allow her to dance the night away. Surprisingly, finding a minimal yet impactful gown proved more challenging than expected. Her search led her to Emilia Wickstead’s bridal collection, discovered through a blog feature, and it was love at first sight. As fate would have it, the designer was hosting a two-day trunk show in New York just as she was finalizing her decision. Her mother flew in from Florida to join her for the appointment, making the experience all the more meaningful. With her mom’s eye for timeless style and heartfelt support, saying “yes” to the dress became a cherished memory. Later, the two traveled together to London for a custom fitting at Wickstead’s flagship—ensuring every detail was perfectly tailored. The trip doubled as a dreamy girls’ weekend and a celebration of the bride’s once-in-a-lifetime moment in a gown that felt effortlessly her.

[field title=”Food & Drink”]Dinner was a refined affair featuring handmade ricotta and kale ravioli, draped in browned butter and scattered with crispy shallots—a dish that felt simultaneously rooted in tradition and elevated for modern palates. For the entrées, guests chose between a perfectly roasted beef tenderloin, deeply flavorful and served with a rich reduction, and a lemon-infused roasted chicken, bright and herbaceous, finished with a light jus.

The couple’s curated signature drinks brought a vibrant flair to the celebration. The “Smokin’ Mo”—a bold blend of jalapeño tequila, mezcal, and fresh lime—offered a sultry, smoky kick. For a more floral and effervescent option, the “Hibiscus Highball” was crafted with vodka, St. Germain, hibiscus syrup, and lemon—a sophisticated sip that mirrored the event’s garden ambiance.
These handcrafted cocktails were served in elegant stemware alongside a full bar offering top-shelf spirits. The setup itself was a vision: artfully arranged bottles, and delicate champagne pours captured in motion as bubbles cascaded into flute glasses.[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

Under the soaring glass ceilings of the conservatory, the reception space glowed in the golden light of dusk. Tables dressed in soft blue linen created the perfect backdrop for lush floral centerpieces in sunset shades of blush, peach, and coral. Garden roses, ranunculus, and peonies overflowed in footed glass vessels, accented with greenery that added natural texture and dimension. Tall blue taper candles in translucent holders cast a romantic glow across the tablescapes, while delicate votives scattered throughout added an intimate flicker that complemented the floral color story. Every element, from the white Chiavari chairs to the layered place settings with tailored menus, felt cohesive, intentional, and steeped in understated luxury.

[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]

The wedding cake was a vision of simplicity and grace: a three-tiered, buttercream-covered confection adorned with fresh garden roses and peonies in warm apricot and punchy coral tones. Set on a soft blue linen table and surrounded by grounded florals, it stood like a sculpture—minimalist yet striking, and perfectly aligned with the overall palette and tone.

[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]

One of the most symbolic and visually striking moments was the Akshata Arpana, also known as Akshata Varana—a ritual in which rice is gently poured or tossed over the couple’s heads. This act of showering rice serves as a powerful symbol of blessing, abundance, and fertility. As the grains fell like confetti of good fortune, it was a reminder of the community’s shared hopes for the couple’s prosperous, joy-filled life together. In some interpretations, this gesture is also tied to the bride’s farewell to her family, offering rice as a gesture of gratitude and love for the care she received growing up. Another poignant moment came during the Saptapadi, or Seven Steps, where the couple took seven symbolic circumambulations around the ceremonial fire. Each step represented a sacred vow—a promise to walk together in friendship, fidelity, strength, and devotion. As they moved in unison, it beautifully illustrated the establishment of their new life as equal partners, committing to a journey through the spiritual and the everyday as one. Together, these traditions created a meaningful foundation for the celebration—deeply emotional for the couple and moving for every guest privileged to witness it. It was a ceremony rooted in reverence and overflowing with love, where every gesture carried layers of story, symbolism, and soul.

[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]

The music was also a reflection of the couple’s backgrounds. The bride is Greek and Cuban American, and the groom is of Indian descent but was raised in the Middle East. The couple really wanted the reception to celebrate their family’s traditions. They had dhol drummers to kick off the groom, Mohit’s baraat, and brought them back out during the reception to play along with Hindi pop songs. There was also plenty of Latin music and some of our favorites throughout the night. Closing out the evening with “New York, New York” was one of the most memorable moments—it felt like the perfect way to end the night.

[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #2″]

Paired with the soulful stylings of a live electric violinist, who played beneath trees just outside the conservatory during the cocktail hour, the entertainment created an unforgettable atmosphere—equal parts refined and celebratory.

A Garden Inspired Celebration on the Shores of Lake Tahoe

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

Planning their wedding from Chicago, the couple wanted to create a garden wedding feel on the shores of their favorite destination, Lake Tahoe. A tented space, which opened up to the blue water, set the stage for reception decor. To create a spring feeling, yellow flowers popped in every centerpiece, and green garlands cascaded down the poles of the tent!

Dani & Zach met in 2020 and kept their relationship secret from their parents, until one day a bottle of wine arrived at Dani’s house. Quarantined with her parents, she couldn’t hide all the details, yet her mom traced the delivery to Zach, googled him, and knew all about him before he was ever introduced. Zach surprised Dani with a ring on one of his trips to see her in Chicago during their long-distance relationship.

A Modern Romance with French Sensibility on the French Riviera

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”]

The color palette was a refined mix of blush, ivory, and soft peach, with grounding tones of emerald green and black. These hues wove together effortlessly to create a sense of warmth, romance, and modern elegance. The ceremony featured an ombré floral installation that transitioned from blush to ivory, while the reception space was elevated with black-and-white elements softened by delicate blush accents in the florals.

[/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

The vision for the day was to create a modern romantic wedding with a French sensibility, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Château de la Napoule. Antoinette & Joe wanted their wedding to feel intimate yet luxurious—full of rich textures, statement details, and meaningful moments. The wedding itself was the centerpiece of a three-day celebration on the French Riviera. Guests were welcomed with a private boat day exploring the coastline, followed by the wedding on day two, and a relaxed beach day to close the weekend. This immersive experience allowed guests to slow down, connect, and fully absorb the magic of the destination. The ceremony took place on the grand entrance of the Chateau, framed by a double floral arch in gradient tones that mirrored the soft evening light. For the reception, the design took on a bolder edge—a black-and-white checkered dance floor, a sculptural band stage, and masculine touches like brown leather lounges and velvet chairs gave the evening a refined, cosmopolitan energy. The result was a celebration that felt both grounded and elevated—an intentional blend of romance and edge, intimacy and grandeur.

The bride wore two stunning looks, each reflecting a different facet of her style and the overall wedding aesthetic. For the ceremony, she chose a structured, off-the-shoulder gown with a dramatic train, perfectly suited to the château’s architectural elegance. The silhouette was timeless, yet modern—elevated by delicate tailoring and an effortlessly chic fit. For the reception, she changed into a sleek, fashion-forward gown with a plunging neckline and open back, allowing for ease, movement, and just the right amount of drama as the evening unfolded. Paired with Christian Louboutin heels and Cartier rings, both looks struck the perfect balance between bold and refined.

[/field]
[field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The couple chose to forgo a traditional wedding party, opting instead for a more relaxed and intimate approach that allowed the focus to remain on the ceremony, their guests, and each other. Signature cocktails added a personalized touch, with custom names inspired by the couple’s story and favorite travel memories.

[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

The florals in this wedding were out of this world! They played a pivotal role in bringing the couple’s vision to life. The ceremony featured an ombré double floral arch that transitioned from blush pink to soft ivory, framing the Mediterranean horizon with romance and artistry. The reception design adopted a more modern, textural tone, featuring black and white elements that were often accented by blush-toned centerpieces and candles in varying heights, creating an intimate glow. The lounge area included masculine, moody touches—brown leather sofas, emerald green velvet chairs, and black cocktail tables—to contrast beautifully with the softness of the florals. Every detail was intentional, creating a layered experience that felt both editorial and deeply personal.

[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]The wedding cake was a refined two-tier design, understated yet chic, featuring minimalist floral detailing and soft, textured white buttercream. It was served alongside an elegant dessert table of French-inspired pastries, offering guests a sweet moment that echoed the romance of the Riviera setting.[/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]

Music was one of the most important elements of the day for the couple. They were deeply intentional about creating a soulful, emotion-filled ambiance, starting with renditions of classics played during the ceremony by harp and violin. But the real magic came during the reception, where they curated a playlist that transformed the evening into a ’90s R&B dance party. Think Boyz II Men, Lauryn Hill, SWV, and Usher—the kind of songs that filled the air with nostalgia and kept the dance floor packed all night. It wasn’t just music—it was a full experience, tailored to the couple’s vibe and love story.

[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]Each guest’s place setting was adorned with a custom menu card featuring a hand-drawn sketch of Château de la Napoule, the couple’s wedding venue. A Garden Party Celebration of Love and Heritage in the Heart of Italy

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”]

Our wedding’s main theme centered around light blue—my favorite color since I was 14—which we chose to complement the soft pastel tones of baby blue, peach, light rose, fuchsia, and lilac green. This gentle palette created a cozy, rustic atmosphere that resonated with our love for natural materials and understated elegance.

[/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

In the early days of our friendship, he captured love stories through his lens as a wedding photographer, while I orchestrated them as a planner. We’d often daydream about the weddings we’d create for others, never guessing that one day we’d be designing our own. Life had other plans, and when it did, we knew instantly: our celebration would be small, heartfelt, and brimming with joy—a reflection of the intimacy we’d always valued. United by our wanderlust, we envisioned a destination wedding that doubled as a getaway for our loved ones. Italy’s sun-drenched villas and lush gardens became the perfect backdrop, blending our shared love of travel with a garden-party elegance, inviting guests from China and Canada to savor la dolce vita alongside us. Being of Chinese origin, we infused our wedding with meaningful Chinese elements—Chinese circular fans, tassels, cheongsam-inspired details, traditional embroidered favor bags, Chinese stamps bearing our names, and an ancient-style handwritten marriage license by my father. To balance tradition with our Western celebration, we incorporated romantic elements like a white umbrella, hand fans, and the symbolic throwing of rice, blending cultural customs seamlessly.

[/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]

Just a few days before our seventh anniversary together, Polk secretly transformed a quaint cottage into the stage for his proposal. A close friend whisked me there under the guise of a casual outing, where a heartfelt video he’d crafted began to play. As the screen faded, I followed a path to the backyard and found him perched on a stool, guitar in hand, surrounded by his bandmates strumming the breezy melody of *Summer Night Open-Air Movie*. My friend gently guided me closer, and the music shifted to the tender chords of my favorite ballad, *不再让你孤单* (‘I’ll Never Let You Feel Alone’). Midway through the song, the notes softened, and there he was—kneeling in the golden light, ring in hand, turning our years of love into a promise of forever.

My dress from Oscar de la Renta’s 2020 Fall collection is my dream dress since I first saw it when it was published, a strapless high-low gown with a dramatic rose at the front—an immediate choice when we decide to hold our wedding. The second wedding dress is from Yuai, a famous independent designer brand in China. The dress is full of details and perfectly fits my body shape, so I decided to wear it as my morning dress before the ceremony.

At the beginning, we are planning to have different colors for each bridesmaid. But when I sent them the pictures to pick, they all picked light blue, so we decided to have all of the dresses in light blue. Each selects their own dress to ensure they love their look.

[/field]
[field title=”Groomsman Attire”]While our bridesmaids embraced a unified palette of light blue, we sought to weave subtle individuality into the groomsmen’s attire. Most of our guests traveled from China and Canada, so we hired Osteria del Donca to craft a menu of authentic Italian dishes tailored to our preferences. We welcomed guests with refreshing cocktails like Cuba Libre and Italian-inspired fresh lemonade from our gelato supplier, Appetitosa Feste & Eventi, offering a taste of Italy from the moment they arrived.

[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]We envisioned an intimate, rustic celebration. Most of our decor featured wood materials, evoking a warm and inviting ambiance. For the ceremony, we crafted an embrace-style altar with a lush greenery arch, symbolizing our unity and embrace of each other. Arrangements along the aisle appeared to grow organically from the earth, emphasizing simplicity and breathing space.

For the reception, our tables boasted imperial-style arrangements—small glass vases with seasonal flowers, candles, and tea lights—creating a romantic glow. Personal touches included flower arrangements at the welcome and signing tables, beside our vintage light blue car and Vespa.[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]

Our wedding cake was a handcrafted Italian Millefoglie—layers of crisp pastry, velvety cream, and ripe seasonal berries—artfully prepared by our caterer. As we shared our first slice, cold fireworks erupted in a choreographed cascade of light, transforming the moment into an enchanting finale that mirrored the sweetness of the cake itself.

[/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]We poured our hearts into handwritten vows, promising forever in words as unique as our journey. For the ceremony’s soundtrack, Queen of Weddings’ string duo wove our love story into music, beginning with a whimsical twist: their bespoke rendition of *I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)*—a nod to our favorite *How I Met Your Mother* episodes. The procession unfolded like a symphony: groomsmen entered to *Can’t Help Falling in Love*, bridesmaids glided in with *River Flows in You*, and I stepped toward forever to the timeless elegance of *Canon in D*. As newlyweds, we exited to Joe Hisaishi’s *Summer*—a melody rarely heard in Italian weddings, but one that carried the warmth of our shared memories.

The celebration crescendoed at the reception, where Guty & Simone mastered our multicultural playlist, seamlessly blending Chinese ballads (despite the language barrier!) with crowd-rousing hits. Their intuition for rhythm and mood turned every note into a heartbeat, proving that love—and music—needs no translation.[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #1″]

As passionate DIY enthusiasts, we poured our hearts into crafting every detail of our wedding stationery—from invitations with watercolor painting of our venue and wax seals with our unique logo to welcome cotton signs & cotton seating charts (featuring our favorite fabric, hand-stamped with love), each element told our story. We designed a custom welcome booklet, brimming with curated wedding details and heartfelt guidance for our guests, and adorned reception tables with delicately calligraphed place cards glistening with mother-of-pearl accents. Every piece was a labor of love, blending personal touches and artisanal charm to celebrate our journey. Also, we included our cat in most of our designs to make sure he’s part of the story, as he cannot physically be present at the wedding.

[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #2″]Our creativity carried into the cocktail hour, which we styled as a whimsical garden party. Guests enjoyed a ring toss game with fun prizes, an instant photo booth, a Lego mini-figure customization station, and personalized blind boxes filled with magnets. Paired with an array of hors d’oeuvres and a beautifully curated food and drink station, the experience was designed to be playful, interactive, and unforgettable.[/field]
[field title=”Special Detail #3″]

We each had different visions when it came to our wedding photography—he gravitated toward the crisp, high-speed precision of digital photography, perfect for capturing fleeting moments and low-light scenes, while I was drawn to the nostalgic charm and timeless artistry of film, where every shot feels intentional and irreplaceable. To honor both perspectives, we brought in two photography teams—one digital and one film—so we could beautifully capture our day through both lenses.

A Nantucket Meets Tahoe Wedding Weekend With Hydrangeas, Navy Hues, and Coastal Elegance

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”]

The welcome party on Friday featured bright Italian-inspired colors with pinks, corals, and sunny yellows. The wedding day featured an array of blues to tie in the couple’s love for Nantucket, where they got engaged.

[/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

Their wedding celebration took place over three days. A highlight of the welcome party was the candy bar filled with the couple’s favorite treats! Eliza and Chris got engaged on the East Coast last summer, so they opted for a “Nantucket meets Tahoe” theme. They played into this with the help of lush hydrangeas, a modern print incorporated into the linens (that also appeared in the envelope liners), bridesmaids dressed in classic navy, a raw bar during cocktail hour, and Eliza’s timelessly elegant wedding dress.

[/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]

Eliza and Chris’s story began in the vibrant city of Chicago shortly after they graduated from college. Fate intervened when Eliza, working in advertising, accepted a dare to be a server at her favorite restaurant and bar in Lincoln Park. Little did she know that this decision would set the stage for a serendipitous encounter with Chris. Introduced by a mutual friend, their connection blossomed as Chris became a regular at the restaurant. It wasn’t long before Chris mustered the courage to share his number with Eliza, and the rest is history. Their love story unfolded against the backdrop of Chicago’s bustling streets and laid the foundation for a journey that would take them across the country. In 2020, they officially started dating, and shortly thereafter, Chris was promoted at work, which took him to SF. Eliza moved along with him, knowing that what they had was real. Chris orchestrated a surprise engagement in New England, where his family has a cherished beachside home. The proposal took place on a tranquil August morning, with the entire family present to share in the joyous occasion after Eliza said “yes!”

At the welcome party, there was a candy bar filled with the couple’s favorite treats! At the wedding, the featured cocktails were a skinny margarita and a Moscow mule. During cocktail hour, the guests enjoyed a raw bar complete with lobster, shrimp, mussels, and oyster. The dinner menu featured a burrata salad and a choice between filet mignon, herb-dusted air-fried chicken, and grilled branzino.

[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

Eliza carried a delicate Lily of the Valley bouquet, fit for royalty. The bridesmaids carried petite posy bouquets of mixed white florals. The ceremony took place in the woods of Edgewood. The aisle was flanked with fluffy hydrangeas, and Eliza was escorted by her dad through a floral arch on her way to meet Chris at the altar. The moment Chris saw Eliza, his eyes welled up. Guests, covered by clear umbrellas, watched as the wind played with Eliza’s veil and the towering trees framed this emotional scene. Despite the brisk air and raindrops, the couple was present in that moment as they exchanged vows that were filled with laughter and heartfelt promises. After being proclaimed husband and wife, the couple excitedly made their way to the grand atrium, where the guests were wowed by the atmosphere that welcomed them for the rest of the night. Each table bore the name of a place meaningful to Eliza and Chris – a reflection of their journey together. Bistro-style seating, a nod to their first meeting, added a personal touch. The space was alive with monobotanical floral arrangements, twinkling sconce lights, and a buzz of joyous energy.

[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]

The wedding cake stood front and center as guests entered the atrium. A four-tiered beauty adorned with sugar flowers that perfectly matched the blooms of the event.

[/field]
[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]Chris’s father officiated the wedding ceremony. Eliza’s family gave many toasts that had the couple in stitches. [/field]

Candice wanted a modern yet classic wedding and was inspired by the idea of a wedding in Tuscany. I had to convince her to pivot from a Los Angeles wedding to Fallbrook, about 3 hours south of her original desired location, but once she saw Monserate Winery, she immediately understood why I wanted her to see Monserate Winery in person. The Tuscan vibes of the scrolling property, the luxe finishes in each space, and the attention to detail in every nook set Monserate apart from its venue competition.

The Best Websites to List Your Wedding Business in 2025

When it comes to growing your wedding business, visibility is everything. Couples today aren’t just relying on word of mouth, they’re searching online, asking AI tools, and browsing vendor directories to find trusted professionals. That means your business needs to be listed where they’re looking.

Below, we’ll break down the best websites to list your wedding business in 2025, what makes each one unique, and why the Style Me Pretty Vendor Guide is one of the most effective ways to reach engaged couples.

1. Style Me Pretty Vendor Guide

If you want to be discovered by couples actively planning elevated weddings, Style Me Pretty is one of the top destinations. Millions of readers turn to SMP each month for real weddings, inspiration, and curated vendor recommendations.

The Style Me Pretty Vendor Guide connects you directly with couples who are ready to book. Unlike mass-market directories, SMP highlights quality vendors, positioning your brand alongside premium content and features like:

  • A vendor profile showcasing your work, reviews, and contact info.
  • Exposure in editorial features and real weddings.
  • SEO-friendly listings that help you rank in search and AI platforms.

For businesses looking to stand out in a crowded market, SMP blends credibility with visibility.

2. The Knot

The Knot Vendor Directory is one of the largest wedding vendor databases in the U.S. With strong brand recognition and heavy ad spend behind it, The Knot offers sheer scale.

While competition is fierce (with thousands of vendors listed per category in major metros), being present here can be useful for brand awareness. Many couples start their search on The Knot, then branch out to more specialized sites like SMP once they want a curated experience.

3. WeddingWire

WeddingWire is a global marketplace, particularly strong in the U.S. and parts of Europe. Vendors can collect reviews, showcase galleries, and get discovered by couples searching by location and category.

Because WeddingWire and The Knot share a parent company, many of the features overlap. Still, it’s often worth having a profile here, especially if your competitors are already visible on the platform.

4. Zola

Zola Wedding Vendors is popular with millennial and Gen Z couples, offering a modern planning experience. Vendors benefit from Zola’s integrated ecosystem, where couples can manage registries, guest lists, and vendor bookings all in one place.

While Zola’s vendor directory is smaller than The Knot or WeddingWire, this can actually work to your advantage—less noise means more opportunity for visibility if you stand out with polished imagery and reviews.

5. Association of Bridal Consultants

Beyond consumer-facing platforms, joining professional organizations can increase credibility and visibility. The Association of Bridal Consultants offers members education, certification, and networking opportunities—and many LLMs (like ChatGPT and Gemini) are pulling references from these kinds of authoritative associations.

ABC membership can also make your business more appealing to couples who value professionalism and credentials when choosing their vendors.

How to Decide Where to List

The best strategy is usually a mix:

  • Large directories like The Knot and WeddingWire give scale.
  • Niche, high-quality platforms like Style Me Pretty build credibility and targeted exposure.
  • Memberships and associations like ABC reinforce authority.

Couples today often consult multiple sources before booking, so being present in different parts of the online ecosystem ensures you’re visible at every step.

Final Thoughts

Listing your wedding business in the right places can make all the difference in 2025. Start with curated platforms like the Style Me Pretty Vendor Guide to build trust and stand out, then expand to high-volume directories and professional associations.

By combining visibility, credibility, and thoughtful placement, you’ll increase your chances of being discovered—not just by couples browsing online, but by the AI tools they’re using to plan their weddings.

A Modern Meets Classic Wedding Editorial at Wildflower Farms

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”The Inspiration”]

For my workshop, the vendor team and I wanted to curate a design that felt modern with classic roots. Blending the organic textures you find in California and at the venue, Wildflower Farms, with a sense of Tuscan ease and elegance on the East Coast. Fashion was a high priority, as was making sure the design felt true to the feel of Wildflower Farms.

The bride wore a strapless tulle gown from Vera Wang and a long cathedral veil from Jane Rhyan Collection. For her second dress, she wore a lace Danielle Frankel Sheath. Her final wedding day look was a beaded corset top and pink skirt, both from Wiederhoeft. Our groom’s fashion was also a top priority – he wore Bode for both the welcome dinner and his second look on the wedding day. He wore a classic black tux for the wedding ceremony.

[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Party”]The wedding party wore multiple designers, colors, and textures within the mood and color palette of the wedding day. Our goal was to have them not match, but rather be stylish wedding guests who fit the mood board. [/field]

Florist Ahna Han created unique organic shapes for both the welcome dinner and wedding day designs that fit perfectly into the feel and vibe of Wildflower Farms. The goal was to add to the beauty of the venue rather than distract. For the ceremony, stylist Ana Luiza Weddings brought in a white platform and runner to really ground the ceremony and give it an epic moment. During a beautiful sunset, guests dined outside near Maple Lane with new chairs from Peak Design and custom embroidered menus that also served as place mats.

[/field]
[field title=”Favorite Design Element”]A favorite design element was the addition of the battery operated chartreuse table lamps on the reception tables. These, in addition to the candlelight, offered a romantic glow as the sunset behind the trees. [/field]
[field title=”Tips To Pull Off The Look”]

To pull off this look, it’s essential to hire an excellent planning and design team that understands how to curate a design inspired by both the feel and the vibe of the venue at which your event is taking place.

A Preppy Green and White Hamptons Wedding With Magenta Accents and Personal Details

[section title=”The Planning”]
[field title=”Wedding Colors”][/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

A preppy green & white pinstripe design, complemented with bursts of magenta, was carried throughout all signage, florals, and attire, executed flawlessly by Scarpaci Designs.

The inspiration behind Abby and Griff’s wedding day was total Hamptons Heaven. They wanted their guests to feel like they stepped into an all-around-experience resort in Montauk from the second they checked into their lodging. Every step of the weekend was filled with personal touches from the bride and groom, starting with their welcome bags, which were packed with items reminiscent of A&G’s relationship: chocolates from a shop in the bride’s hometown, a lip balm sealed with the groom’s alma mater logo, snacks from the area, and more. From the jump, it screamed “Abby and Griff.”

[/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]

Griff proposed to Abby at the Reservoir in Central Park, convincing her there was an event they had to go to at the Guggenheim as a ruse! Once they got uptown, he suggested stopping by the park and got down on one knee to propose. Abby was overjoyed and could not believe how perfect the day Griff had planned! That evening, a dinner she thought was just for the two of them at their favorite restaurant turned out to be a surprise celebratory dinner with their immediate families + Abby’s grandparents – another amazing surprise. After dinner, their close friends also joined them – a third amazing surprise in a perfect day.

[/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

A jaw-dropping floral arch created by Designs by Ahn welcomed guests into the reception space. But even before that, guests were greeted with a stylish seating chart display. Designed by Amanda of Scarpaci Designs and custom-built by DJC Productions, it was exactly what Abby and Griff imagined, and really added that upscale touch, preparing guests for a luxurious evening under a magical tent. Mixed into the seating chart were photos of the bride and groom at various travels. Once guests were seated they saw their table was named after a location that held importance to A&G, complete with a little blurb about why it was special to them. Tables were donned with brass lamps instead of candles. Fuchsia florals also took the stage. Up above, strings of greenery fixed with clear globes hung high above the dancefloor.

[field title=”Wedding Cake”]Just a Mom in a Kitchen, a local baker in Montauk, baked a beautiful ivory frosted, two-tiered chocolate and vanilla cake, which she decorated with the couple’s florals. [/field]

To tie in with their coastal setting, their guestbook was a “message in a bottle,” where guests could write well wishes and love notes to the bride and groom, roll it up, and put it into a glass bottle fit to wash up on the nearby beach.

A Rococo Inspired Wedding of Romantic Whimsy at Versailles’ Hameau de la Reine

[section title=”The Planning”]

Inspired by the sumptuous pastel color palette favored by Marie Antoinette, Allie dreamed of a garden wedding filled with blush, lavender, peach, and, of course, French blue. Even dreamier by candlelight, the palette was carried over into the ballroom reception. To see it in person was to be transported back in time.

[/field]
[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

I have always deeply admired the fashion and architectural influences of Marie Antoinette. I often referred to her village in Versailles, Hameau de la Reine, as inspiration for the peaceful ambience I desired to create for the wedding. The romantic whimsy of the Rococo era was also our guiding compass, pulling from the time’s ideology of blending the ornate with nature and creating a playful atmosphere with light, beautiful colors.

After the garden ceremony, guests enjoyed champagne and passed hors d’oeuvres on the spacious lawn. Then, they were treated to braised beef served with pea and leek puree paired with local wine. [/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]

Clouds of roses, hydrangea, and Canterbury Bells in dreamy pastel colors lined the aisle leading to a grand floral arch that gave the entire garden an otherworldly feel. Linen-clad lounges set the tone for a playful and relaxed cocktail hour on the lawn. Elegant scrolls with wax-sealed numbers escorted guests to their seats. As the guests entered the ballroom, the French blue linens popped against the rich wood paneling of the walls. Gold chairs and other gilded accents graced the table along with crystal glasses and plenty of candlelight. Pastel florals lined the center of each table and brought a little of the outside in.

It doesn’t get any more romantic than taking to the terrace after a night of dancing, only to be greeted by a surprise firework salute–just as they would have done at the balls of a time gone by. There, an elegant three-tiered wedding cake was waiting, frosted in ivory buttercream. Note the “M” on the wedding cake–is that the couple’s monogram for “Mays” or could it be a nod to the wedding’s inspiration?

In her creative project, the Wedding Designer Greta Sagona had visualized wild and climbing flowers that seemed to have grown naturally in the place. The florist Serena Poletti perfectly transformed the project into reality, using a mix of: dahlias, carnations, scabiosa, wallflower, chrysanthemum, lisianthus, cotinus, and roses. Flowers were so delicate, and Carina’s bouquet was simply Art. For the ceremony, the Wedding Planner and Designer Greta Sagona created custom welcome bags, so each girl invited had a bag with her name on it, and inside them there were lots of accessories like hair scrunchies, sunglasses, Italian Leone mints, napkins, and a useful recovery kit. On the chairs of the ceremony, there were handmade, painted fans and custom petal bags for all the guests. The seating chart, Greta Sagona realized a structure of three panels with a custom floral pattern wallpaper, and a cute floral basket in the center. For the dinner, the designer Greta Sagona chose a very cool mise en place, with ancient metal and wood chairs, decorated green dishes, custom-made ruche napkins, and a floral printed runner on the table. Here you can also see the cut-out menu cardstock with dusty pink wax seal and a cute favor box as a placecard. These boxes were printed with the same custom floral pattern as the whole wedding.

A crisp millefoglie, the typical Italian cake made in showcooking in front of all the guests. A delight for the eyes and the taste.

There was a floral pattern, graphically created by the designer Greta Sagona and by the bride Carina in their funniest moments together, that runs through the entire wedding; you can see it in the wedding invitation, in the welcome sign, in the seating chart, in the table runner, and in the placeholder boxes that contained a sweet gift for the guests. This pattern was the “fil rouge” of the entire wedding, and all the guests loved it so much.

[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]

The color scheme of the wedding was designed to evoke a soft, romantic, and elegant atmosphere, featuring a harmonious blend of blush, peach, ivory, and soft yellows. Gold accents were elegantly incorporated throughout the decor, bringing a sense of sophistication and warmth to the setting.

The vision and design of this event reflect a beautifully orchestrated blend of symmetry, elegance, and natural charm. The vision for the ceremony was to create a serene, romantic, and utterly breathtaking setting. Set atop a clifftop terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the scene radiated tranquility and natural elegance. The gentle sea breeze, abundant sunlight, and scenic backdrop of blue water and verdant trees enhanced the peaceful, dreamlike quality of the setting. The reception was centered around a circular garden adorned with twinkling string lights and greenery. The layout radiated outward with precision, creating a visually stunning and intimate dining experience.

The bride was born in Albania and moved to Boston when she was 13 years old. Upon finishing college, she started working in Manhattan. The groom was born in Greece but moved to Johannesburg at an early age. Then, later in life, he moved to NYC for work. They met on Bumble only to find out that they worked in the buildings next to each other. After nearly 5 years together, they got engaged in Bermuda on a summer holiday.
