The key is to always be prepared with substitutes that can last in your pantry or that you might have lying around. Make sure to keep one of these ingredients (that work in most recipes) handy just in case!
1 tbsp. flax seeds mixed with 3 tbsp. of water for one egg
1/4 cup for one egg
1 tbsp. for one egg
1/4 cup banana for one egg
1/4 cup plain yogurt for one egg
*If using eggs as leavening agents, add 1/2 tsp baking powder as well
