Growing up in a family-owned restaurant where fresh out of the oven pizzas and brownie sundaes were aplenty, my version of mood-boosting foods was no where near what it is today. I've learned more about nutrition in the last year than I have in the span of my life, and the biggest lesson? Healthy does equal happy.
