White Chocolate and Pistachio Mug Cake
|1 Tbsp butter||1/2 bar (2oz) white chocolate + 1 square|
|2 Tbsp sugar||1 egg|
|1/2 tsp baking powder||5 Tbsp all purpose flour|
|2 Tbsp crushed pistachios + more for sprinkling|
Start by melting the butter and white chocolate in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Stir well with a fork and then add the sugar, egg, baking powder, and flour.
Microwave for another 45 seconds and then stick the square of chocolate and the crushed pistachios in the center of the cake and bake for an addition 30-40 seconds.
Remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool slightly. Drizzle the top with more melted chocolate and sprinkle extra pistachios on top. And devour as quickly as possible.
Create custom mugs for your valentine by drawing designs on blank mugs with a sharpie marker. Allow the designs to dry for 24 hours and then bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes. Let the mug cool in the oven and wipe down before use!
