Then you need the Sparkling Rosemary Paloma in your life. Sequins at Breakfast  crafted this refreshing concoction made with tequila, grapefruit soda and homemade rosemary simple syrup, and it's the perfect cocktail to sip while you kick off your shoes and sink in your couch.

Sparkling Rosemary Paloma

2 oz tequila 1 oz rosemary simple syrup (see recipe below)
sparkling grapefruit soda squeeze of lime
rosemary for garnish grapefruit for garnish
Salt the rim of a glass by rubbing a slice of lime along the rim and dipping into margarita salt. Fill the glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of grapefruit.
Rosemary Simple Syrup: Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup sugar to a pot. Add 2 sprigs of rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook until all sugar is dissolved. About 5 minutes. Let cool completely
