A Pear Cocktail, Two Ways

Sublimely sweet pears are a treat during colder months, which is why these refreshing pear cocktails from Waiting on Martha have quickly become our tipple of choice. Craving something a little sweet? The Pear Blossom Fizz combines pear juice with elderflower blossom liqueur and bubbles and is topped off with a dash of cinnamon.

1 oz. fresh pear juice, chilled 1/2 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur, chilled
2 oz. Champagne or Prosecco, chilled Dash of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Pear slices for garnish
Add fresh pair juice and elderflower liqueur to a champagne flute or glass.
Top with champagne and garnish with a slice of pear, sprinkle with a small dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional).
