Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And brunch is a close second! The breakfast popover is similar to a German pancake. It's light, eggy, and super tasty! Classic Breakfast Popover

3 large eggs 1 cup milk
3 Tbsp melted butter 1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt vegetable oil for greasing bakeware
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Using the vegetable oil, generously grease the muffin tins or 6 oz silicone cups (these are from IKEA!).
Combine eggs, milk, butter, flour, and salt in a blender and mix until well combined.
Fill the silicone cups 3/4 full. If using muffin tins, fill them half-way.
Bake for 35 minutes and then quickly cut a small slit in the top of each to release steam.
Bake for an additional 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with a side of jam! Devour. And impress your guests.
