[section title=”The Details”]

[field title=”Food & Drink”]The couple hail from Dallas, so doing an ode to barbecue was essential to their dinner. Guests enjoyed passed fall vegetable tartines and pork belly canapes. Dinner included Pacific Northwest salmon with parsley pesto, lemon and shallots; grilled Mary’s Farm chicken with a homemade barbecue sauce; a golden beet and frisee salad with hazelnuts and pickled onion vinaigrette; roasted farm vegetables and wilted greens; along with thyme-scented new potatoes with Jacobsen flake salt.

The couples double-sided bar hosted local wine from the venue’s grapes, along with two signature fall-inspired cocktails: a classic old fashion and a blackberry margarita. [/field]

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]Kim, owner of Swoon Floral, created a striking fall floral arch adorned in creams, taupes, pinks, and autumn foliage to node to the changing of the season. Limonium bushels lined the aisle and end of the season, local dahlias were present in the arrangements in beautiful arrays of pinks, creams, and peach tones. [/field]

Guests enjoyed coffee, chocolate-covered doughnuts, and cake as they danced the night away! [/field]
