The ambition is from soil to table, and there should always be something from Norrviken’s gardens on every plate we serve.

They love food and use the ingredients with care and precise flavors to not complicate it, although they experiment with different combinations. Kathy and André liked that they forage in the garden to pick flowers and leaves to enhance their dishes.
