[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]Our goal was to create an intimate elopement celebration that was peaceful and organic with distinctive fine art touches… and plenty of French gastronomic elements![/field]

[field title=”Proposal Story”]Samara and Tim have worked together and run a business together for 10 years, where they eventually fell in love. Instead of the typical pomp and circumstance of a traditional proposal they came to this decision as equal partners in life and in love. [/field]

[section title=”The Details”]

[field title=”Food & Drink”]The couple enjoyed a 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing for each course. Everything was expertly prepared by private chef using only regional products of Burgundy. One of the highlights included quail with smoked chantilly served with puffed buckwheat and a black truffle and potato purée.[/field]

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]Wedding day blooms included spray roses, dianthus, butterfly

ranunculus, lysianthus, tulips… and seasonal foliage in green

and autumnal colors.

On the château’s marble staircase, ivory pillar candles sat atop wooden candleholders to create a cozy backdrop for the couple’s first look.

The asymetric ceremony arch was complimented by floral and foliage as if growing from

the Chapel’s staircase.

To highlight the château’s gorgeous fireplace, an incredible floral installation was be created on the the mantle. Candles were added on the top of the mantel and inside the hearth in order to create a cosy backdrop for the couple’s dinner for 2!

In keeping with the season of the wedding, warm textures were brought in to compliment the table top. A custom velvet tablecloth, gold and lace detail on the plates, patterned etched glass stemware and patchwork napkins added an extra dimension of warmth![/field]

[field title=”Wedding Cake”]The couple had not one but 2 flavors of signature wedding cake! Strawberry, basil & balsamic and vanilla spiced apple cake topped off the day. The bespoke design was inspired by the couple’s intricate stationery design.

Two tiers, that look like they have been elegantly wrapped in beige handmade paper. On the top tier, the couple’s signature crest was incorporated in 3D to add some depth to the design!

To finish, a circular “arch-like” arrangement of sugar flowers was also adorned to the top tier. [/field]

[field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]As a thoughtful surprise during the ceremony, the couple had each of their children write their heartfelt wedding wishes ahead of time. When the celebrant read them aloud during the ceremony, there wasn’t a dry eye in the château! [/field]

[field title=”Special Detail #1″]The bespoke stationery details were nothing short of spectacular! A custom keepsake wedding announcement, vow books, menus and place cards scrolls were the perfect addition to the couple’s already very personalized wedding design.[/field]
