From Manna Sun Events… A neutral color palette of sandshell, peared ivory and a hint of greenery and soft pink set the scene for this fairytale wedding. After planning and designing by Manna Sun Events team for 8 months, the wedding dream finally came true on 22nd Mar, 2022 at Viansa Sonoma Winery, CA, along with the sheer professionalism from photographer Ashley Noelle Edwards and florist Mandy’s Garden Floral Design. Taking inspirations from the most translated book Le Petit Prince and the artistic sensitivity of Wabi Sabi, let’s take a closer look at how refined and sophisticated all the artful sentiments from this dreamy wedding are. The bold yet sophisticated fusion of Tuscany style and Wabi-sabi concept.

Set atop a hill overlooking the Valley of the Moon and resembling a Tuscan Villa, the Viansa Sonoma Winery embraces us with Tuscan aesthetics, ranging from the trellis laced with thriving grapevines to the intimate fountain courtyard which is enclosed by ivy-clad walls and shaded by silvery olive trees. Taking advantage of the these distinctive features, we unhesitatingly chose to incorporate the aesthetics of Wabi-sabi. The bouquets and boutonnieres, arranged by Mandy’s Garden Floral Design, are in mostly white and green colors and hints of pearled ivory and soft pink colors, while the fluffy dancing blooms and branches add to the Ikebana style. The dreamy ceremony scene, swathed in a palette of tan, sandshell, powder pink, and greenery, undoubtedly delights our eyes and steals our breath away through its rustic vibe and Tuscan charm. Also, it looks so organic and decent when setting up the rustic wooden table and sweetheart chairs with wispy and minimalism floral arrangements, which is also a key principle of Ikebana of arranging things in silence to create harmony. The sign-in area is another place we can’t get enough from, where two large ivory color foam boards with Wabi Sabi style are standing. The foam boards, designed and provided by Inkinity Studio, have sea wave patterns on the surface, nodding to the Japanese Ukiyo-e masterpieces. Adorned with Ikebana style and organic floral arrangements, the calligraphy of quotes in French undoubtedly adds to the romantic flares and sophisticated vibes. Moreover, being adorned with Wabi Sabi patterns, sydney papers and sugar flowers, the bespoke wedding cake from Trizia Cake Artistry is finished with a touch of the Japanese philosophy about the acceptance of transience and imperfection. As one of the favorite books for the newlywed, The Little Prince undoubtedly became one of the themes of the wedding. The couple’s understanding of The Little Prince can be felt throughout the whole wedding. We are totally smitten by the way how the beautiful story is incorporated into the invitation set by Inkinity Studio, creating aesthetics of Wabi-Sabi and romance through neutral tones and artistic hand sketches. The whimsical combination of The Little Prince and Wabi-sabi just reflects the true meaning of love, which could be imperfect but can be deeply felt by heart. Besides,

the signage, on which The Little Prince has been transferred and conveyed through constellation and galaxy effects, greatly enhance the uniqueness of the wedding.
