A working horse farm meets incredible old world elegance at this Texas editorial. Event design by Kailee Roberts is pure magic, from the open air ceremony to the tented reception styled in shades of marigold, blush, and blue. Floral design by Truth & Blooms brings the story of the day to life, and workshop host and photographer Jenna McElroy artfully captures every elegant detail. From Kailee Roberts… For this editorial, I really wanted to channel an old world aesthetic. Windemere Farms, a working horse farm, gives a private estate vibe, and has buildings that date back to the 1800s- so I took old world, and ran with it!

We also had to bring in some fun horse touches, because why not! The lace overlay on the reception table, and the envelope liner with a vintage image of a farm are some of my favorite old school touches. For the ceremony spot, we really wanted to showcase the stunning hill country views, so we stayed low and lush with the florals.

Back at the sperry tent, touches of blush, marigold, blue, and silver adorned the reception table. Lastly, we took our couple to have a photoshoot with the resident horses, which truly tied our whole story together!
