It is no secret that blush has made its mark in the wedding world! From blooming bouquets to delicate details, it continues to wow us time after time. Today’s inspiration shoot designed by Chic by Nicole does exactly that combining the now, classic, romantic color with neutral gray and soft white! From hand-opened roses (insert heart eye emoji) by Lelili Fleurs to a gorgeous tablescape, Cagdas Yoldas captured all of the soft, elegant details this shoot had to offer and has us continuing to blush over blush!
From Chic by Nicole…Blush has been a staple wedding color for the last few years, maybe even the last decade. Classic, romantic, and soft – who doesn’t love a blush wedding? I wanted to find a way to incorporate blush with the neutral shades of grey and soft whites to create a romantic color palette sure to please those wanting a lighter and airy feel for their big day.
Hand-opened roses and blush ranunculus set the tone for the florals. In conjunction with Lelili we wanted to keep the florals delicate and provide a different take on the popular flower, the rose. Opening up the roses gives them a less traditional look and transforms the arrangements from classic to modern and romantic.
We selected linen menus from Olive Paperie to play with textures on the tablescape along with rose gold cutlery. We tied in the menus with calligraphed place cards as well as a classic invitation suite. I approached Hien-Tu to tie in our color palette and soften the shoots look by creating two custom hand-painted abstracts that we used on the invitation suite, the aisle runner, the table number as well as on the beautiful bar.
