Fall In Love With This Intimate Southern California Wedding

A Southern California wedding inspired by the Mediterannean coast?! We’re there! You’ll be hard-pressed not to love every detail of this charming outdoor wedding day for two teachers. The couple tied the knot in the most beautiful of ways, with a celebration beautifully orchestrated by Crowned Events, that told their unique love story. From Crowded Events… For Amanda and Trenton, we created a timeless and romantic style with complimentary Mediterranean accents that worked cohesively with the architecture and decor at the Darlington House. We centered their color palette around the brick and shades of blue throughout the traditional Spanish tiling displayed around the property.

For their ceremony, we took advantage of the beautiful pre-existing arches on the Egyptian Patio and had Leela, of Organic Flora, create a grand, installation comprised of olive branches and blooms. One of our favorite parts of Amanda and Trenton’s design was their escort display, created by Sophia Loves Letters. When we spoke to Amanda and Trenton about their shared passion for teaching, the idea came to create vintage name cards for their seating chart!

Their color palette really came alive in the reception space, where their tables were topped with pale yellow runners, vintage inspired tableware, sky blue napkins and pops of gold, set to a backdrop of lemon trees and terracotta tiles. Each table was adorned with lush, organic feeling arrangements and candles that gave off a soft, romantic ambiance.
