Romantic, warm, and intimate are all words that come to mind when I think about Nathalie Cheng‘s photography and Kestrel Park in Santa Ynez was the natural setting to showcase it. The golden hills, charming barn, and English countryside-esque estate of Kestrel Park was the perfect backdrop for this romantic and refined wedding inspiration.
In order to reflect the natural beauty of the lush ground at Kestrel Park, I selected a simple but elegant gown from Alexandra Grecco that featured delicate floral appliques for our bride. Her hair was effortlessly swept up into a low updo, and her natural beauty was accentuated with a makeup look that focused on making her skin look flawless.
Our dapper groom was outfitted in a smart tux, and the simple elegance of our couple was reflected in the invitation suite created by Plume Calligraphy with handmade paper and flowing script.
Their dinner table was set with elements that reflected our organic and romantic design: wooden dinner plates, lace-patterned chargers, and vintage pressed glassware placed atop velvet napkins and a pale blue linen tablecloth. Lush, whimsical florals in peach and honey tones arranged by The Loved Co. adorned our bride and dinner table.
The dove grey cushioned cane-backed chairs added a nod to colonial European style, completing our intimate dinner presentation. At sunset, our couple headed to the golden hills surrounding the estate, and our bride changed into a flowing pale blue gown by Leanne Marshall which glowed in the warm light.
