From the Bride… Mark and I met at the end of college, right before we moved to Seattle to start an internship at the same firm. We connected over our shared affinity for Mexican food and started doing a tour of all the best restaurants in Seattle. After almost a year of tacos and way too many spicy margaritas (still our favorite), we started dating. We fell in love going on many adventures (mostly planned by Mark, who is the most thoughtful and energetic person I have ever met), cooking, and jogging throughout Seattle. We got engaged after dating two and a half years when Mark planned an unbelievably thoughtful engagement centered around our love for wine and all of our dating milestones. It was in front of my family at Christmas, and the last clue before he got down on one knee was sharing the day he asked my dad’s permission for my hand in marriage. It was wonderful and such a memorable day!
