  4. Once the chicken turns white, add in the onion, garlic, and broccoli, cooking together until the chicken starts to brown
  5. While the chicken and veggies are cooking, whisk the eggs in a bowl with the coconut milk, salt, and pepper
  6. When the chicken has browned, pour the egg mixture into the skillet
  7. Sprinkle the feta over the egg mixture
  8. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges start to brown
