From the Bride… After the engagement, every Bride-to-be’s next step is picturing the big day – I envisioned a romantic, “Secret Garden”-like look and feel for my ceremony and reception. When a friend told me about Barndiva as a venue – a farm-to-table restaurant in Healdsburg, California – I knew it would be the perfect setting for our alfresco celebration with friends and family.
An inviting tone was set with simple yet elegant wedding invitations by Minted (“Floral Crown” by Lori Wemple), and our guests were treated to an evening of heart-felt vows and toasts, delicious food and wine, lush florals, and plenty of sweets, dancing, and merriment.
Every moment was so wonderful, but the ceremony itself was very special – intimate and personal, a true reflection of who we are as a couple. When I look back at the photographs and see the expressions on our faces, I see this unforgettable moment in time. The day was truly a dream come true.
