From the Photographer... Our vibrant bridal editorial shoot took place in Palm Springs, CA. What better place to draw inspiration from than the decor and landscape around the Palm Springs area! The brand new La Serena Villas created the most beautiful backdrop for the stunning tablescape and bridal portraits. Blue Ladder Botany created pure magic with the floral arrangements. The combination of ruffly garden roses, tender spirea, and luscious spring ranunculus and poppies brought delicate textures and a pop of summer color to our otherwise neutral backdrop. The white-on-white of our tablescape was intended to mimic the white walls and architecture of the villas, while we wanted to florals to stand out and bring a fun and light hearted spirit to our inspiration. La Tavola linens added extra texture to the clean backdrop and I love the romantic length at the end of the table. Cherished rentals provided the crisp white dinner ware and Tono & Co fabric softened the setting. Our beautiful model wore an off-the-shoulder Christos Bridal gown from The White Magnolia. It blew so perfectly in the desert breeze, creating a air of elegance while still being soft and laid back. The shoot completely embodies the vibrate Palm Springs scene and brings both a boldness and romantic feel that we were looking for.
