A Statement Dress for a Wine Country Wedding

I’m convinced onelove photography attracts some of the coolest clients in the world, and this couple is no exception. The bride rocked a unique Jim Hjelm ballgown featuring a floral design for a subtle, completely elegant statement. The dress set tone for their wine country wedding and the whole day is waiting right here.

Rustic

From the couple… We knew we wanted to get married in Napa/Sonoma (where Steve had proposed), and I knew I wanted to get married outside. My style is already rustic, so it was an easy fit. Our palette was pale pink, cream and greens. I wanted earth tones with a small pop of color.

Taking pictures with Steve was my favorite part of the day. The property had so many unique features that we just had a blast. And then just enjoying time with family and friends. It was an intimate setting in the barn, we only had 30 guests.

Steve got me pearl necklace shaped like a bunch of grapes since we got engaged and married in Napa. I got him cuff links, one with a map of Napa and the other of Bora Bora, to represent both our wedding and honeymoon.
