From Natalie Bray…Set among a beautiful canopy of trees, twinkle lights, and love. Terry and Kristina celebrated together surrounded by close family and friends. It was a beautiful Summer day and The colors of white, green, and touches of blush danced throughout the details perfectly. Not over the top, but refined. Terry and Kristina wanted to say their own vows, which was a very special part of the day as they stepped under the Ceremony Arch that was handmade by the brides father and decorated beautifully by Casi Cielo. The ceremony was luminous as they said “I do!”. And the kiss… Lined with candles and the glow of twinkle lights… Be still my heart. Hartley Botanica is a lush and secluded venue creating the most romantic experience with it’s florals and gardens complete with a tree swing. Such a heartfelt and elegant celebration. I am incredibly honored to have been a part. Congratulations again!
From the bride…I would have to say that my favorite parts of the wedding day were the personalized vows and the dancing! I wasn’t sure about sharing our vows in front of everyone at first but it ended up being so special and meant more to me than I ever would have imagined! It was wonderful to share our love with everyone in that moment.
And then of course the dancing was so fun! The day is crazy… running here and there so being able to dance with Terry and let loose with my friends and family is what really made the day what it should have been about … LOVE AND FUN! My advice to brides would be just that… to do what everyone always tells brides to do and that is to enjoy the day! I kept telling my self over and over that I was going to relax and take it all in but it is so so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of things and have little stress out moments.
Even though there were very minor bumps in the road that day when I look back none of that matters. I can only remember how absolutely amazing it was so I would say to focus on that! Oh and when picking out shoes … go for comfort not for looks. Well, maybe have 2 pairs: 1 for photos and the other one for everything else!
