This is What Rory Gilmore Would Wear Down the Aisle

I’ll give you one good guess what we’ll be doing this Black Friday (hint: it doesn’t involve any shopping). We’ll be camped out in front of our TVs binge-watching “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.” That, and dreaming up Rory Gilmore’s wedding with the help of Floravere. Though we don’t know the groom — will it be Dean, Jess or Logan? — we do know that Rory’s wedding would be as beautiful and charming as the Stars Hollow native herself.

The Dress

Named for Rory Gilmore herself, Floravere’s R. Gilmore dress is all about a charming twist on tradition. The curve-hugging strapless gown features individually embroidered, hand-sewn flowers for a subtly fresh texture on a classic, elegant silhouette. Timeless and traditional yet charming and sassy, this dress fits Rory to a pretty T.

The Venue

Is this really even a question? The Dragonfly Inn is the only choice for a Gilmore Girl’s wedding.

The Bouquet

Simple, but not boring, Rory’s bouquet will be a classic twist on the traditional white nosegay with a hint of whimsy and romance. We’re thinking garden roses, clematis and accents of greenery.

The Style

If Emily Gilmore is involved (and you know she will be), Rory’s big day won’t be a casual affair featuring pizza and junk food. Instead, it’ll be a classic garden wedding in the inn’s backyard surrounded by loved ones and Stars Hollow friends (we see you Miss Patty).
