From CJK Visuals... I was finally flying home from a three month trip backpacking around the Eastern hemisphere when I realized, shoot- I left a bag of film in my checked backpack on my last flight from Bali to Australia. For any type A, super organized person, this wouldn't be an issue, they'd get the bag out of their suitcase when they got home, test a roll to see if there was any damage, and the move on. But unfortunately for me, I'd mixed and matched all my bags of film so much that I'd forgotten which film bag I had actually LEFT in the checked luggage, so it could've been any one of the SIX quart sized ziplock bags filled with unexposed film that could be damaged. I realized I'd have to test a roll from each bag to see which bag (if, fingers crossed, any) had the x-ray damage.

So, only my 14 and a half hour flight home from a layover in Abu Dhabi, I bought wifi on the plane and messaged some of my favorite humans in the world: my friendors! While flying over some part of the Middle East/Eastern Europe/Who knows Where, I ended up setting a shoot for the day after I landed- complete with hair, makeup, dress, model, florals, invitation suite- the whole shebang! I knew I wanted to use one of the gorgeous Theia gowns sold at the newest bridal store in Annapolis, Wren, so once I contacted Adriana from Adriana Marie Events to design something featuring one of these gowns, we moved forward and started planning the shoot for my first day back in the states!

I am so thankful to every last minute vendor who put this delicate spring inspired shoot together. From the gorgeous bouquet, made with rosemary and pops are pink petaled florals, to the cozy tablescape, this shoot encompasses the lovely and warm transition into spring and summer weather weddings!
