From Little Miss Party Planner...Days before the weather turned too cool for bare legs, this beautiful couple held a low key, romantic wedding in the East Village of NYC.

This laid back pair wanted a rustic and romantic feel, with chic touches for their wedding. They decided to host the reception in the gorgeous private event loft at Il Buco Alimentari in New York City’s East Village. The loft space is ultra cozy, with exposed brick walls, rustic farm tables and dim lighting. We styled gold vintage candlesticks down the center of the farm tables where the guests dined on Northern Italian delicacies. We used fresh flowers in tones of fuchsia, peach and light pink adding subtle pops of color all through the space.

Each place setting had a personalized placemat with the main stars: Wifey & Hubby. We sourced pink champagne flutes for every setting and customized menus with a gold foil print.

We hit the cake up with some of the fresh flowers and fell in love. The metallic gold brush strokes, bright pops of pink and peach. The room was now complete and full of love.

After our bride and groom, Dara and Michael, spent time strolling around the East Village on the beautiful cobblestone streets they met their family at the venue for the big reveal. Eyes welled up with joy, kisses were flowing and the night went off without a hitch. Parties like this, make us extra thankful for the business that we run. It's pure joy to bring such happiness to people as sweet as Dara and Michael.

From The Bride...I dreamt of having a romantic, intimate wedding, and that was exactly how the day played out. Hair and Makeup at the Bowery, Photos with my family at Gemma (where Michael and I had our first date!), A stroll with my love through the east village...and the perfect party at Il Buco. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to get married.
