From the Bride…Tysie moved to the West Coast in 2004 and promptly started going out almost every night, leading her down the primrose path to a group of friends she would have forever. Little did she know at the time that one of those friends would end up meaning much, much more.

We met shortly after Tysie moved to town but didn’t start dating until 2012 after Tysie persistently pursued Jared to hang out after a concert:)We spent that morning laughing at reruns of The Batchelor and talking about what we wanted to eat that day. Who knew this would come to define our favorite pass time – going to the grocery store!

But it wasn’t meant to be quite yet – after hatching a creative plan to get rid of Jared that day, it was up to him to figure out how to spend more time with her. So, like the resourceful guy he is, he realized Tysie is one of San Francisco’s most famous Notary’s. So he found a couple of documents he needed notarized and turned that into dinner and a movie. We went on 4 dates that first week including a Napa wine tour, Giants game and a dance party – the rest, as they say is history.
