From Weddings By Nicola And GlenChildhood sweethearts Rebecca and Stephen’s wedding at Botleys Mansion over the summer was heartfelt to the core. There were so many touching moments right throughout the day that we were privileged to witness and capture. The morning started with our Bride and Groom getting ready at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel.

We’ll never forget when our Bride opened two gifts from Stephen while she was busy getting her hair and make-up done. The first, a stunning pair of earrings that she would wear for her wedding. The second, a hand made book of all their memories together as a couple and as a family. Stephen had arranged for their son Leo to deliver these gifts to her. Rebecca tried her best not to cry but it was only with plenty of encouragement from her mum and girlfriends that the tears of happiness were kept at bay.

Before our Bride stepped into her dress, she spent a few moments with her gorgeous little girl Ava. It was the sweetest thing when Rebecca encourage Ava to step into her Jimmy Choo heels! Rebecca and Ava were not the only ones to melt our hearts. Stephen and their son Leo spent their morning together too. With a tuxedos to match his dad’s, Leo look simply adorable by his father’s side.

Soon after our beautiful couple were wed in a tear filled ceremony at their family church in the heart of London. The rest of the celebrations continued with a fabulous black tie wedding reception in the English countryside. All the guests were transported on a double decker red London bus to the reception location. On arrival at Botleys Mansion they were greeted with vintage cocktails and ice creams and the sweet sounds of a live string band. The atmosphere was laid-back yet glamorous. As the day continued the sense excitement and emotion simply intensified. Our Groom and all their guests were surprised as incognito singing waiters burst into their musical performance before serving desserts. Then after their first dance Stephen surprised everyone with a fireworks display!

The whole day was filled with timeless style and elegant monochrome detailing. From white floral decor, platinum Bridesmaids dresses and ivory invitations every touch was classic and feminine. With such an unsurpassable combination of heart and style Rebecca and Stephen’s wedding day really had it all!
