From Brett Heidebrecht Photography…Lynnie the bride, has one of those calm and contagious smiles that just sets the day off right. She and her bridesmaids prepared at the Sonnenalp and when ceremony time came her bridesmaids shielded her for the walk across the street to the Vail Chapel for their emotional ceremony. One of my favorite moments as a photographer is when the bride and groom recess down the isle just after being pronounced. It is one of the purest moments of the day, forgetting about the camera in the rush of that moment as they walk out as husband and wife gleefully glancing at friends and family. Jared & Lynnie excited the ceremony to an awaiting horse drawn carriage for a lift to the gondola. That ride was a beautiful opportunity during the speed of a wedding day for them to just stop and relish the moments. High up on the mountain their family and friends awaited in an elegantly decorated ballroom. Once they arrived we heard a wonderful and emotionally charged speech by her father. As a father of a little girl it always gets me when I hear dad’s talk about their daughters and their new husband’s on their wedding day. Follow that up with their beautiful first dances under the tent and the party was just getting started to the amazing tunes of the Kory Brunson Band! It was such a beautiful day of celebration and I was honored to record the day as photographer.
