While I may have noticed these gentlemen’s dapper style at first glance (those classy blue suits and blush neckwear) but the overwhelming emotion that then took over was pure love. You sense it in every image and if these pics by Michael + Anna Costa are any indication, this was one amazing celebration. Alegria By Design took wedding dreams and turned them into a romantic reality with the help of La Tavola and Ambient Event Design. Happy Monday m’dears; we’ve got a goodie right here.
From Armando Martinez, Alegria By Design… Groom Tyler had carried the vision for his wedding day in his heart since boyhood. A small family dinner illuminated by candlelight following an intimate church wedding. After finding his perfect match, Michael, it was finally time to give life to his dream and plan “Ce Grand Jour.” Deciding the American Riviera was the perfect location was step one. Next, dinner in a lush garden and the sounds of gypsy jazz filling the night air. Oh and of course margaritas, Texan style, honoring Tyler’s home state and Southern Hummingbird cake honoring Michael’s deep Southern roots.
Orders in hand I set off planning a weekend perfectly balancing gracious Southern entertaining paired with all the charm eternally romantic Santa Barbara has to offer. What an amazing honor to be trusted to design the most important day in any young couple’s life but particularly so when the couple is two brilliantly talented and well sought after interior designers/gallery owners. No pressure. I thank them both for their wonderful faith and trust!
