I’ve long heard the glories of Austin but I had no idea that it possessed a wedding wonder in its vicinity like Villa Del Lago. Transformed into an Italian escape for this couple’s summer celebration, it was covered with beautiful blush blooms from Flora Fetish. Jana Williams worked her magic behind the lens and these pics might just trick you into believing that they actually were taken in Tuscany.
From Jana Williams Photography… Connie and Daniel fell in love after meeting on Coffee Meets Bagel. The New Yorkers have a love for Europe and wanted to get married in a place that felt like Italy. They found that location in Austin, Texas. Villa Del Lago stole their hearts with its breathtaking views and grand structure.
Connie chose a beautiful Jenny Lee gown that was so elegant and feminine; it reminded me of a rose from the back and moved with such grace.
She added a fashion aspect by choosing the amazing Sergio Rossi booties as her wedding shoes.
The 100 guests that flew in from all over the world enjoyed an outside luxurious dinner under the stars after the ceremony. The day was perfect from start to finish.
On top of this being the perfect place to get married, Villa Del Lago also donates 50 percent of the proceeds to a local charity. My heart was touched so much by that news. I hope you enjoy this wedding as much as I enjoyed capturing it.
