From Howerton+Wooten Events, LLC … Ashley and Andrew were a true joy before, during and after their emotional wedding day. They were such a sweet couple—It was pretty evident that they loved life, loved their families, and most of all, they loved each other. Ashley walked down the aisle while Da Vinci Strings performed Christina Perri’s romantic song, “A Thousand Years.” Andrew’s emotion was palpable as Ashley walked down the aisle. Their flower girls and ring bearers brought a joy and spirit to their wedding that only children could bring to a wedding day. They danced, giggled and sang until they collapsed on the floor during the reception. This stylish wedding had the most gorgeous romantic style and it was filled with classic details in ivory and gold colors. The first word that comes to mind for the wedding ceremony is flora – The ceremony was filled with white and cream-colored lilies, orchids and roses, and they were complemented with an abundance of lush greenery. The wedding stationery was ivory with gold lettering – This included the ivory escort cards written with Laura Hooper’s gold lettering. As the wedding guests arrived, they were welcomed to the wedding, offered a beverage and escorted to their seats. As the wedding guests departed, they were treated with white chocolate and milk chocolate pretzels that resembled brides and grooms. The wedding guests had so much fun during Ashley and Andrew’s wedding that the dance floor was hopping during dinner and the dancing continued lasted until the very last song of the night. The wedding cake was a sleek design with blush-colored orchids cascading down the sign. This wedding cake sat on an ivory pedestal from Sarah’s Stands. However, the Fairmont banquet staff presented the wedding cake to the guests in a miniature trio of cakes, crème brulée and chocolate mousse.
