What began as a casual introduction turned into a fast friendship. It wasn’t until years later they served in their siblings wedding and that friendship evolved into long-distance calls, letters, and one incredible love story. Shortly thereafter, they followed the same path down the aisle surrounded by sincere love and rustic scenery, Jeremiah And Rachel and Lavon Films shared their Big Day below!

From the Newlyweds… Jake, a tall, handsome, and witty Canadian met Heather, a young and free-spirited American girl met while visiting their siblings at college. She came to see her sister and he made the trek from Canada to visit his brother. They became fast friends but nothing more until a couple years later when her sister married his brother. Jake and Heather were the maid of honor and best man in the wedding. Another year passed, but this time with lots of letters and long-distance calls. Finally, on Christmas eve they were engaged and married by the spring. This time with their wedded brother and sister as maid of honor and best man. The wedding was simple and intimate with pretty, whimsical details, just like she had always dreamed.
From Jeremiah And Rachel Photography … Weddings like this feed our souls! This was our first time in the wonderful state of Pennsylvania, and we instantly loved the rolling hills and beautiful homes and farms. Heather and Jake are two amazing people, surrounded by equally amazing families. They are hopelessly in love, and it shows in every image. As photographers we love being apart of days full of laughter, tears, and real moments. We felt honored to be able to tell a truly beautiful story of two beautiful souls. Heather crafted a perfect day out of the things that really mattered to her and Jake, and made our work as artists easy. We love walking away from a wedding at the end of the night knowing we have formed lasting friendships with a couple, and Heather and Jake are the perfect example of that.
