Surprise French Riviera Vow Renewal

What better way to end National Proposal Day than on a high note with this ultra romantic vow renewal. As a wedding planner herself, this Mrs. wanted to show her love how much he means to her, gathering the talents of D’amour et de Deco and Nice Plume Calligraphies for a seaside ceremony. Ingrid Lepan captured the moment and these pics have me guaranteed to enter the weekend in a really great mood.

From the beautiful Mrs… As a wedding planner, I’ve always daydreamed about what my wedding would be like if I did it all again. Not only the flowers and the decor, but how much more I would share with Ryan; the things I would tell him and the promises I would make. I had absolutely no clue what I was getting into on my wedding day and what a crazy beautiful adventure our marriage would turn out to be. Over the last four years, when life has happened, Ryan has stepped up in such big ways. My love and respect has grown so much for him every single day. I’ve never really been able to put into words exactly how much he means to me.

When we started planning a trip to the French Riviera, I knew this was the perfect moment I had been waiting for to renew our vows. I reached out to Ingrid Lepan Photographe, and she helped me secure the most amazing team of vendors to pull off this surprise. This team from Southern France created something even more beautiful than I’d ever envisioned.

Complete with a gorgeous tablescape with florals in scarlet and berry shades, elegant calligraphy, hand drawn paper designs, and a beautiful to-die-for regional dessert, I fell in love with it all. The tart tropezienne is a local pastry signature to the area we visited, Saint Tropez. This team of French wedding vendors designed every little detail to be completely stunning; a tiny woven braid cascading from my bouquet, a bowl of the freshest local berries, the most beautiful and creative photographic angles. We stood on the beach and took in the breathtaking view – snow covered Alps and the gorgeous French hillside. So many tears were shed as we shared the same vows from our wedding day along with a few additional words by me. It was a day we will always be thankful for and could never forget – a moment far better than any of my daydreams.
