Strip any wedding down to its bare bones and you have a love story, no matter the details. And sometimes we need a little reminder that that love story is what it’s all about. These two lovebirds, faced with the challenge of family around the globe, threw caution to the wind and said their “I do’s” with just an officiant and K Holly Studios capturing it all. From K Holly Studios… Erin and Ryan. With her unbearably adorable Australian accent, his eyes locked on hers… their mutual smiles, hand-squeezes and bursts of giggles… these moments were utter perfection. They said their “I do’s” in the warm sand, under the sun, on the beach at Lovers Point in Pacific Grove, California. It was just them, me, and their officiant, with no timelines or restrictions.
The main deciding factor on whether to elope or plan a wedding came down to geography. Her family is in Australia, and they live in Southern California. So they decided to secretly road trip up the coast to Pacific Grove, where they said their vows on Lovers Point. After the ceremony, a quick iPhone picture went out to their families to announce the news!
I could do this every day, run away with a couple to the sea.
