Southern Style Bohemian Wedding Inspiration

When Kayla Coleman Photography and Pretty In The Details set out to craft this boho shoot, they aimed to fill it with a dreamy, eclectic and timeless feel. But most importantly, they set their stunning couple at the center of it all—and in my opinion, that’s the recipe for pretty that every wedding deserves. Goodies from Paisley & Jade are sprinkled about and paired perfectly with the varied hues. See it all here!

Bohemian

From Pretty In The DetailsMy inspiration for our bohemian dream shoot started with three descriptive words; dreamy, timeless, and eclectic. For each detail created and hand-picked, we made sure they held the esthetic of those words. The muted color pallet of the dresses, to the florals and rentals, nothing matched, but everything was picked individually and purposely. with a mismatched feel, we stuck to color families rather than specific colors to use for our design. Partnering with vendors who have a similar esthetic was huge for this shoot to go off successfully. my goal was to inspire brides planning on any budget. Being a wedding designer, I tend to focus on all the details, but I really wanted the details to accent the couple, resembling a real wedding. The couple should never be overlooked because of beautiful decor. Rather, the design should compliment them and who they are, always being the center of attention. Figure out who you are as a couple, and let your wedding shine with personality!! Don’t be afraid to do something others haven’t done yet, that’s the beauty of being you! And let’s be real, this is YOUR day!
