This bride - well, she's kind of a rockstar. Not only did she plan one insanely gorgeous day alongside Danae Grace Events and Tenley Erin Young, but she hand-wrote personalized letters to all 380 guests shared upon their entrance to the ceremony. It's that same beautiful sentiment that carries throughout the whole day, and Danielle Poff Photography and CanaVP captured every last bit.  More in the gallery and film below!

From Danae Grace Events...The joy and love between Stephanie and Gavin is so deep and unconditional, and I wanted to create and design a wedding that encompassed their relationship, personality and style. Working with Stephanie, was every wedding planner’s dream as she completely trusted my design and left it all up to me. (She didn’t even know what her flowers were going to look like until the day of!) Her personality and style is down to earth but sophisticated and classy so I wanted to incorporate design elements that every guest would look at and think she picked it out and styled it. We started by creating a ceremony that was more organic and simple. We had custom built doors for a dramatic entrance for the family, bridal party and bride. One of my favorite elements was the Love Note heart, where it held individual hand written letters to each guests that attend (380 guests attended!) by Stephanie. These were passed out prior to the ceremony for them to read before she walked down the aisle. The thought behind it surpasses everything.

After the ceremony guests got to enjoy two different cocktail hours; we had a polished and shabby chic one with lounge vignettes and luxury draped cocktail tables and Gavin’s “Man Area” where we served Moscow Mules, Beer and had horseshoes and corn hole. When guests were invited into the main reception tent, we revealed an incredible, romantic and stunning setting. We mixed the linen square tables with descanso wood tables and vineyard chairs. We placed a gorgeous gold mirror with floral arrangements right behind the head table as a statement backdrop. We used a white, seamless, acrylic dance floor and had custom dance blocks placed around for people to dance the night away on. Tenley Erin Young is one of my favorite florists that creates flower perfection. We went from ivories, creams and greens at the ceremony, to pops of fuchsia at the cocktail hour and then ended with lavenders, soft blush and ivory for the reception. Not to mention, hundreds and hundreds of candles!

Every design element was executed and thought out perfectly. It was a perfect celebration of Stephanie and Gavin marriage!
