Traditional Tribeca Skyline Wedding

In my book, it doesn’t get better than a wedding from CLY By Matthew and Kiss The Bride Films. Especially when it involves the Tribeca Skyline Studio filled to the brim with white blooms by Spina Florist, and a Bride donning a gorgeous Amsale gown. With every detail more beautiful than the last, this gallery is sure to leave you lingering much longer than a New York minute.

From the Bride… Eight years ago when I was finishing up school while working at a bar in Manhattan, Justin and I met. He said that from the moment he saw my smile, he could not imagine a more perfect definition of happiness. Through the time spent getting to know one another over the years, that happiness continued to expand. We became the greatest of friends and postponed our marriage until this past May — one year after we purchased our first home together (with our beloved cat)!

For our wedding, we wanted to take advantage of the clean aesthetic of the open white loft space. Everything from the table linens, plates, stationary and flowers were white. This allowed us to leverage the natural light that shined through on a glorious day and as the sun went down provided a beautiful setting with the use of candles.

We also rented the penthouse at the Smyth Hotel in Tribeca, to utilize the light from the balcony to get most of our more traditional family photos. We had an amazing day and made everything so much more special with the New York backdrop.
