From the Bride… Alan and I met through one of my bridesmaids only a few years ago. It’s surprising that we didn’t meet earlier given we went to the same university and had a ton of mutual friends. Our relationship progressed so naturally and effortlessly that we knew from early on that we had found the one.
We got engaged the day before our anniversary, at our newly built home. Alan then surprised me with a trip to the Lake House after the proposal. It was also where he took me on our one month anniversary (how spoiled!). Daylesford has therefore always been a special place for us. It was really a no brainer that we chose Sault as our venue. The restaurant is one of our favourites and the lavender field, lake and surrounds made it the perfect setting for our big day.
