A Vintage Wedding that fully Embraces Pastels
May 14, 2014
The softness of a pastel palette, fun, vintage stylings, a travel theme done so, so right...this wedding has a lot going for it all of which works seamlessly together. And the vendors behind this Autrailian affair are to thank. From the details designed by White+white Weddings And Events, to the sweet florals by Green And Bloom, and lots and lots of beautiful imagery by Byron Loves Fawn, see it all right here.

Concept: A beautiful ceremony set in the countryside with rustic touches. Travel
was the underlying theme of the wedding. The reception was housed in an open white marquee. A sea of fairy lights was placed above the guests, with shimmering golden candlelight, mouth watering peach and ivory florals mixed with fresh greenery which was displayed elegantly throughout.

Color Palette: Peach, blush pink, mint and ivory with a touch of purple.

Ivette and Roger’s stunningly beautiful Hidden Vale wedding in the Brisbane hinterland showcased their sweet sweet love with delicate candy coloured vases, white lace detailing and gorgeously fluffy florals. With a love of travel, it was only right that Ivette and Roger celebrated their loving union with a travel inspired concept. It was like a beautiful bygone era from the 1940’s, with vintage luggage stacked high to display beautiful blooms and tables adorned with things from their favourite destinations. A star filled marquee was the icing on the cake with twinkling lights giving the desired effect as guests dined on delicious fare from the Spicer’s kitchen.
