Oh dears, my wanderlust is on high today and Sandra Åberg is to blame. It all started when she sent along this romance-filled e-sesh set in the beautiful little Andalusian village of Frigiliana. It’s white-washed stone walls, blue doors and citrus trees make for such a serene setting to capture all the love. You might just want to pack your bags for southern Spain after a look at this gallery!
From Sandra Åberg Photography… To escape the cold Scandinavian winter we moved to Spain for two months to really explore and get to know this beautiful country a little better. And we just couldn’t not pass up the opportunity to shoot in such a gorgeous location! Frigiliana is one of Andalusia’s famous white villages – set between the mountains as a backdrop on the one side and the ocean view on the other side, this is truly a very special place. The light is spectacular, with the sun reflecting off the white walls off the traditional stone houses. This engagement session is inspired by the beauty of this place and the sounds, smells and laughter in the streets, the beautiful nature sounding contrasted with the ornate cobblestone streets and orange trees. A beautiful color palette of white, green, tan and cream. We added one of Jannie Baltzer’s beautifully designed headpieces to make Zoroya look even more romantic and we loved how the look in her eyes really gives away her feelings for her wonderful husband to be.
