From Ellis Photo Studio… Michelle and Chris were married at the stunning Old Edwards Inn in Highland’s, NC. This Georgia couple met one summer as their families were vacationing at neighboring lake houses in Highlands. Michelle and Chris said their vows beneath a wooden cross crafted by the groom’s family’s lumber company. Elizabeth Fletcher transformed the Farm at Old Edwards. Chandeliers were draped in pink blooms while tables were covered in burlap and hand-crafted wooded boxes bursting with peonies. An emotional ceremony followed by a tearful first dance sealed the night. You couldn’t ask for a more idyllic wedding than Michelle + Chris’ beneath the great Smokey Mountains.
