From James Abel Events… When Dana and Stu were beginning to plan their wedding, there were several things that were important to them. Creating a fun, relaxed yet interesting environment for their guests was top on their list. Angel Orensanz was the perfect location with its unique architectural details and its wonderful open space. They decided to do long tables with white flowers. A “pop” of a russet color was used throughout the wedding including invitations and flowers to mirror Dana’s amazing red hair.
With Stu’s love of Steve McQueen and Dana’s of Audrey Hepburn, these elements were definitely going to be incorporated. During the cocktail hour, classic movies of both of these Hollywood icons were shown in the background. Finally, Stu’s other love… Bourbon! A variety of boutique bourbons were set up for guests to do tasting at their leisure. Overall, this wedding was one of the most unique, that totally embraced the couple and their interests.
